The cooking pot is a new special technique of cooking that allows the flavors and odors of the foods contained within not to disperse into the environment and to keep them intact. In this my recipe, I used different flavorful ingredients by baking the pasta just in pots and then finished in the oven.
La vaso cottura è una nuova particolare tecnica di cottura che permette ai sapori e agli odori dei cibi contenuti all’interno di non disperdersi nell’ambiente e di mantenerne quindi intatta la loro proprietà. In questa mia ricetta, ho usato diversi saporiti ingredienti sbollentando la pasta appena appena in pentola e finito quindi in forno.
