Black Magic

70% Cacao) a pezzettini

. 115 ml di panna fresca

. 10 gr di burro morbido

. 2 uova M

. 75 gr di mirtilli freschi

Così:

  9. Ditemi se è buona…

ENGLISH VERSION

Colors make happy, light calms, the sun gives joy.
Nowhere as good as the mistery of darkness, the charm of shadows, the sensuality of black. Or not?
In the end, I’m a dark soul. And from time to time I’ve to come out. That’s it.
And this is the recipe for my Black Magic, a mini chocolate tarte, topped by a waterfall of little sweet black blueberrie pearls.

Why wait? Let’s bake one (12 cm Ø), right now:

. 175 gr chocolate biscuits (Oreo or Pan di Stelle)

. 50 gr melted butter

. 100 gr dark chocolate (min. 70% Cacao), chopped

. 115 ml fresh double cream

. 10 gr smooth butter

. 2 medium size, eggs

. 75 gr fresh blueberries

That’s what we’re going to do:

  1. Grease a 12 cm Ø springform pan and preheat oven to 170°C.
  2. In a foodprocessor, crumble the biscuits and mix with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press into the bottom of the prepared springform pan, and 3 cm up the sides.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  5. Heat the double cream with the smooth butter until simmer and remove from the heat. Pour over the chopped chocolate and mix very well until every single chocolate dice is melted and the cream is shiny and smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addiction and pour the ganache into the baked chocolate crust.
  6. Bake, at the same temperature (170°C) for about 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, and run a knife around the edges.
Allow to cool the tarte on a wire rack to room temperature, cover the springform pan with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours, better overnight.
  8. Before serving, top the tarte with fresh blueberries and, if you want, drizzle just a little bit honey.
  9. Tell me, isn’t it good?!
