<div><span>Impastiamo la carne con cipolla,uovo,sale,pepe e prezzemolo,formiamo tante polpette schiacciate e intanto</span></div>
<div><span>tagliamo le verdure e in una ciotola mescoliamole con,paprika,peperoncino,cumino,sale ed 1</span></div>
<div><span>cucchiaio di olio&#8230;Pronto il tutto ora assembliamo in questo modo:&nbsp; adagiamo in una teglia: polpetta,patata,zucchina,melanzana e continuiamo fino ad esaurire il tutto,ricopriamo con acqua e concentrato con 1 cucchiaio di olio e passiamo in forno per circa 35/40&#8242; a 180°.</span></div>

<p>INGREDIENTI&nbsp; x 5 persone
<ol>
<li>4 patate a pasta bianca (sbucciate ,lavate e tagliate a piccoli tocchetti</li>
<li>100g,di pancetta affumicata (tagliata a listarelle</li>
<li>1 cipolla bianca media&nbsp; ..(tritata grossa</li>
<li>1 costa di sedano bianco ,senza foglie(tagliato a tocchettini</li>
<li>2 cucchiai di salsa di pomodoro</li>
<li>1 crosta di formaggio parmigiano(tagliata a pezzetti piccoli</li>
<li>q.b prezzemolo (nelle foto non visibile perche&#8217; non gradito ad un commensale)</li>
<li>q.b pepe nero</li>
<li>1 kg.di cozze pulite</li>
</ol>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO
<div>Come prima cosa puliamo ,laviamo piu&#8217; volte le cozze e le lasciamo appena aprire in una pentola con 2 dita d&#8217;acqua salata (con coperchio)!..Spegniamo e le tiriamo via con una schiumarola, iniziamo ad estrarle, tirando via con attenzione il bisso ,mettiamo da parte con l&#8217;acqua restante filtrata attraverso un colino a maglia strette!</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>In una pentola alta ,lasciamo dorare la pancetta e la cipolla,uniamo il sedano la salsa,il sale ed il pepe,lasciamo andare pochi minuti ed uniamo le patate e acqua a&nbsp; coprire. appena riprende il bollore aggiungiamo le scorzette di formaggio e poca acqua delle cozze, copriamo riducendo la fiamma al minimo.</div>
<div>Dopo circa 20&#8242;,aggiungiamo tanta acqua per cuocere la pasta, al bollore, versiamo la pasta ,</div>
<div>aggiustiamo se occorre di sale e a meta&#8217; cottura uniamo la restante acqua e meta&#8217; delle cozze.</div>
<div>Solo prima di spegnere uniremo le restanti cozze e serviremo con una spolverata di pepe e formaggio!!</div>

<div>500g.di funghi pioppini freschi</div>
<div>8 fette di pancetta tesa</div>
<div>200g di formaggio gorgonzola con mascarpone</div>
<div>1cucchiaio di panna cucina</div>
<div>2 cucchiai di latte</div>
<div>q.b sale e pepe</div>
<div>1 spicchio d&#8217;aglio&nbsp;</div>
<div>q.b olio e burro in uguale quantita</div>
<div>mezzo bicchiere di birra chiara</div>

<div>PROCEDIMENTO</div>

<div>Tagliamo il filetto dello spessore desiderato (io ho ricavato 4 fette)</div>
<div>le avvolgiamo con le fette di pancetta&nbsp; (2 x parte) e le leghiamo con uno stuzzicadenti</div>
<div>mettiamo in padella con olio e burro e lasciamo dorare 4/5&#8242; per parte..</div>
<div>togliamo i filetti e aggiungiamo 1 spicchio di aglio in camicia e subito dopo i funghi ,</div>
<div>saliamo e lasciamo cuocere circa 10/15&#8242; poi allarghiamo i funghi eliminiamo l&#8217;aglio</div>
<div>e aggiungiamo i filetti bagnamo con mezzo bicchiere di birra , copriamo lasciando cuocere ancora 7/8&#8242;.</div>
<div>Intanto avremo preparato la crema di formaggio sciogliendo il gorgonzola in un padellino con latte e panna&#8212;-</div>
<div>Terminata la cottura del filetto ai funghi li serviremo nappandoli con la crema di formaggio!!!</div>

<li><span>q.b olio evo</span></li>
<li><span>q.b sale </span></li>
<li><span>un pizzico di peperoncino tritato</span></li>
<li><span>q.b parmigiano grattugiato</span></li>

<div><span>Mentre bolle l&#8217;acqua per la pasta&#8230;</span></div>
<div><span>in una casseruola ,imbiondire cipolla e prosciutto ,aggiungere zucca a dadini e poca acqua calda,&nbsp; &nbsp; coprire e lasciare appassire il tutto, scoprire e aggiungere la panna</span></div>
<div><span>Cuocere la pasta al dente,scolarla grondante,versarla nella zucca e terminare la cottura&#8230;</span></div>

<p><span>&nbsp;<br /></span><span>PROCEDIMENTO<br /></span><span>Sciogliere il lievito nel latte tiepido,lasciamo riposare 10&#8242; in modo da formarsi&nbsp; una leggera schiuma,intanto nella planetaria uniamo,farina,zucchero e sale mescoliamo ed uniamo lievito e olio.Impastiamo il tutto fino a far diventare liscio,copriamo con un canavaccio umido e lasciamo lievitare fino al raddoppio.</span></div>

<li><span>200g.concentrato di pomodoro(diluita in poca acqua calda</span></li>

<li><span>2 patate medie(tagliate a fette e sbollentate pochi minuti</span></li>

<li><span>circa 200g.di acqua calda</span></li>

<p><span>PROCEDIMENTO<br /></span><span>In una casseruola olio, peperoni, cipolla, aglio e carne, uniamo le spezie ed il sale e lasciamo stufare con il coperchio. Intanto friggiamo le melanzane fatte a fette le priviamo con carta casa di eventuale olio in eccesso e le sistemiamo in uno stampo a cerniera ,versiamo sopra la carne cotta, la salsa , adagiamo&nbsp; le fette di patate aggiungiamo l&#8217;acqua calda e copriamo il tutto con le melanzane e passiamo in forno a 200° fino a doratura. Estratto dallo stampo decorate e servite con pomodorini !!!</span><span><br /></span><span><br /></span><span>N.B&nbsp;<br /></span><span>Ho dato una piccola aggiunta mia personale &#8230;..<br /></span><span>aggiunto una manciata di grana grattugiato prima di infornare<br /></span><span>aggiunto basilico fresco tritato all&#8217;interno e come decorazione..</span></div>

<div><span>2 cucchiai di yogurt</span></div>
<div><span>3 cucchiai di olio evo</span></div>
<div><span>1 cucchiaino di sale</span></div>
<div><span>1 cucchiaino di pepe bianco</span></div>
<div><span>1 cucchiaino di curry</span></div>
<div><span>1 cucchiaino pepe nero</span></div>
<div><span>1 cucchiaino di timo&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>q.b di pomodorini pachino o altro (a spicchi</span></div>
<div><span>q.b peperoni o zucchine (a pezzetti o a rondelle</span></div>
<div><span>q.b di cipollotti novelli</span></div>
<div><span>PROCEDIMENTO</span></div>
<div><span>Iniziamo col tagliare il pollo a dadini (non piccoli),li metteremo in una ciotola con yogurt,olio e tutte le spezie,</span></div>
<div><span>mescoliamo e lasciamo marinare x 1 ora in frigo!</span></div>
<div><span>Riprendiamo il pollo e iniziamo a montare gli spiedini alternando al pollo i vari pezzi di peperone,zucchina o cipollotto!.Terminato il tutto li adagiamo in una teglia con carta forno e li cuociamo a 200° fino a cottura..(cca 20&#8242;)</span></div>

<li><span>4 melanzane lunghe e piene</span></li>
<li><span>1 peperone (o peperoncini verdi)+ 1 peperone</span></li>
<li><span>1cipolla media</span></li>
<li><span>2 pomodori maturi</span></li>
<li><span>200g riso</span></li>
<li><span>200g spezzatino di mnzo</span></li>
<li><span>1 tubetto concentrato pomodoro</span></li>
<li><span>prezzemolo</span></li>
<li><span>sale q.b</span></li>
<li><span>un pizzico paprika dolce</span></li>
<li><span>2 cucchiai di olio evo</span></li>
<li><span>limone</span></li>
</ul>

<div><span>PROCEDIMENTO</span></div>
<div><span>dividiamo per quanto possibile le melanzane lavate, in 3 parti uguali con un cucchiaino cerchiamo di&nbsp; &nbsp; scavare senza bucare il fondo e mettiamo da parte</span></div>
<div><span>intanto tritiamo fine la cipolla ed il prezzemolo mentre la carne,i pomodori,il peperone li tagliamo a&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>dadini piccolissimi, mescoliamo il tutto con sale, olio, paprika, concentrato ed infine uniamo sempre</span></div>
<div><span>mescolando il riso crudo,ecco&nbsp; pronto il ns ripieno..ORA</span></div>
<div><span>riprendiamo le melanzane ed iniziamo a riempirle (non troppo ) chiudendole con un pezzetto di peperone,le adagiamo poi in una pentola larga (ma tale da non lasciare spazi tra le melanzane),dove&nbsp;</span><span>sul fondo poggeremo qualche fetta di limone ed avanzi di melanzane, versiamo circa a meta&#8217; con acqua bollente ed ancora poco concentrato, copriamo e portiamo a bollore, poi, abbassiamo la fiamma e portiamo a cottura fino ad eliminare il liquido in eccesso !!!</span></div>

<p><span>Unire i ceci cotti e scolati, tutte le verdure&nbsp; sminuzzate. , le spezie, il sale e i vari condimenti gia amalgamati&nbsp; in precedenza&#8230;&#8230;&nbsp; aggiungere infine le olive a fettine , tanto prezzemolo e mescolare il tutto prima di servire!</span></p>

<li><span>200g di farina</span></li>
<li><span>1 cucchiaino di lievito secco</span></li>
<li><span>1/2 cucchiaio di zucchero</span></li>
<li><span>1 cucchiaio amido di mais</span></li>
<li><span>1 pizzico di sale</span></li>
<li><span>&nbsp;150g.acqua</span></li>
</ul>

<p><span>Per lo SCIROPPO</span></p>
</p>

<li><span>250g zucchero</span></li>
<li><span>3 cucchiai abbondanti di mielbio&nbsp; Acacia <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.rigonidiasiago.it/mielbio/acacia-liquido/">Rigoni di Asiago</a></span></li>
</ul>
<div><span>PROCEDIMENTO x sciroppo</span></div>
<div><span>Portare a bollore acqua e zucchero x circa 10&#8242; poi&nbsp; aggiungere il miele, mescolare fino a dare una consistenza non liquida non densa allo sciroppo!</span></div>

<div><span>PROCEDIMENTO x impasto</span></div>
<div><span>Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti iniziando dall&#8217;acqua, mescolare bene, risultera&#8217; un impasto molliccio</span></div>
<div><span>che lascerete lievitare coperto fino al raddoppio.</span></div>
<div><span>Una volta pronto l&#8217;impasto lo verserete in un sac a poche o in alternativa una bustina x alimenti alla quale farete un taglio in un angolo e aiutandovi con un paio di forbici farete cadere poco impasto per volta in una padella con olio di arachidi bollente fino a formare tante palline che una volta cotte saranno poi passate nello sciroppo e dopo scolate spolverate con polvere di cannella (x chi piace)</span></div>

<li><span>PER lo SCIROPPO:</span></li>
<li><span>400gzucchero</span></li>
<li><span>600g.acqua</span></li>

<div><span>PROCEDIMENTO</span></div>
<div><span>Come prima cosa prepariamo lo sciroppo facendo bollire in un tegame acqua e zucchero per circa 10&#8242;,spegniamo e lasciamo raffreddare.</span></div>
<div><span>Iniziamo la torta sbattendo le uova con lo&nbsp; zucchero,</span></div>
<div><span>aggiungiamo poi il resto degli ingredienti,ottenendo un impasto morbido che verseremo in&nbsp; una teglia da 28cm.</span></div>
<div><span>in forno caldo a 170° per circa 40&#8242;(regolatevi sempre con i vs forni)</span></div>
<div><span>Una volta cotta estraiamo dal forno e la bucherelliamo con uno stuzzicadenti&nbsp; sui quali verseremo lo sciroppo preparato in precedenza!</span></div>
