Ma attenzione proprio perchè senza grassi non rimangono soffici per molto tempo, quindi si possono congelare appena sfornate e raffreddate oppure possiamo passarle un attimo nel microonde.</i></b></span><br />

Io ho scelto di farcire la Focaccia con patate e mozzarella scelta dettata proprio dal fatto che avevo due patate gia&#8217; lessate in frigo e della mozzarella che oramai si era asciugata, l&#8217;ho preparata per cena e gustata calda e filante. <li>500 g farina 00</li>
<li>125 g farina integrale</li>

<li>2 cucchiaini e mezzo sale</li>
<li>1 cucchiaino e mezzo miele</li>
<li>30 ml olio</li>
<li>375 ml acqua tiepida</li>
</ul>
<p><b><i>Preparazione :</i></b>
<ol>
<li>Setacciare le farine e metterle nel contenitore della planetaria e mescolare insieme il lievito.</li>
<li>Aggiungere il sale, il miele, l&#8217;olio e l&#8217;acqua e mettere in funzione.</li>
<li>Lavorare il tutto per circa 5 minuti fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio ed omogeneo.</li>
<li>Lasciare lievitare per circa 2 ore o fino al raddoppio, nel forno spento e con la lucina accesa.</li>
<li>Riprendere l&#8217;impasto, formare una palla e metterla su&nbsp;una lastra da forno foderata con della carta da forno.</li>
<li>Fare sopra delle piccole incisioni con un coltello affilato e mettere la taglia nel forno spento con la lucina accesa.</li>
<li>Lasciare lievitare nuovamente per un oretta abbondante.</li>
<li>Riscaldare il forno a 220° e cuocere per circa 40 minuti o fino ad avere una bella doratura, dipende molto da forno a forno.</li>
<li>Sfornare, lasciare raffreddare su una gratella e servire.</li>

<p><b><i>Ingredienti :</i></b></p>
<ul>
<li>300 g farina 00</li>
<li>200 g farina integrale</li>
<li>1/2 bustina <b><i><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.paneangeli.it/salati/lieviti-salati/lievito-di-birra-mastro-fornaio">Lievito Mastro Fornaio Paneangeli</a></i></b></li>
<li>2 cucchiaini sale</li>
<li>1 cucchiaino e mezzo miele</li>
<li>300 ml acqua tiepida</li>
<li>3 cucchiai olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva</li>
</ul>
<p><b><i>Preparazione :</i></b></p>
<ol>
<li>Setacciare la farina 00 e metterla nel contenitore della planetaria insieme alla farina integrale.</li>
<li>Aggiungere il lievito, amalgamare, unire il miele, il sale, l&#8217;olio e l&#8217;acqua e mettere in funzione alla velocità 3.</li>
<li>Far lavorare per circa 5 minuti, raccogliere l&#8217;impasto ottenuto aiutandvi con un pò di farina, formare una palla e metterla in una terrina.</li>
<li>Coprire con un coperchio, se previsto o condella pellicola allimentare.</li>
<li>Mettere nel forno spento con la lucina accesa e lasciare lievitare per circa 2 ore.</li>
<li>Riprendere l&#8217;impasto, distenderlo su una spianatoia in un quadrato di circa 1/2 cm e arrotolare su se stesso per dare la forma alungata del pane.</li>
<li>Metterloin uno stampo da plumcale, foderato con della carta da forno e lasciare lievitare nuovamente nel forno spento e lalucina accesa, per almeno 1 ora.</li>
<li>Preriscaldare il forno a 200 °, infornare e cuocere per circa 40- 45 minuti o fino alla doratura, dipende molto da forno a forno.</li>
<li>Sfornare, lasciare raffreddare su una gratella e servire come più piace.</li>

<p>I maritozzi con la panna&#8230;mi hanno sempre incuriosito ma non avevo mai provato a farli! Dolce tipico laziale, ma in particolare rappresenta Roma, sembra che le sue origini siano antichissime, addirittura una ricetta degli antichi romani <img src="http://blog.cookaround.com/sloppina/wp-includes/images/smilies/simple-smile.png" alt=":)" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em" /> Il loro nome si deve alla tradizione che avevano i giovani fidanzati di offrire questo dolce alle loro promesse spose e da qui il termine un po&#8217; burlesco di &#8220;maritozzo&#8221;.</p>

<h2>Maritozzi con la Panna</h2>
<p><strong>INGREDIENTI:</strong></p>
<p>Per 12 maritozzi con la panna:</p>
<ul>
<li>450 g di farina manitoba</li>
<li>50 g di farina di riso*</li>
<li>70 g di zucchero semolato</li>
<li>130 g di burro morbido (io bavarese)</li>
<li>2 uova (1+un tuorlo per l&#8217;impasto,1 &#8216;albume per spennellare)</li>
<li>10 g di lievito di birra fresco oppure 4 g di lievito secco tipo Mastro Fornaio</li>
<li>10 g di miele (io d&#8217;arancio)</li>
<li>200 ml di latte intero</li>
<li>6 g di sale fino</li>
<li>buccia di arancia (bio) grattugiata o mezza fialetta di aroma</li>
</ul>
<p>Per guarnire:</p>
<ul>
<li>uno sciroppo preparato con 50 g di zucchero semolato e 70 ml di acqua</li>
<li>250 g di panna fresca da montare</li>
<li>25 g di zucchero a velo per la panna + qualche cucchiaio per decorare</li>
</ul>
<p>*Puoi ottenere la farina di riso semplicemente macinando del riso bianco in un macina-caffè e poi passarla al setaccio per raccogliere la parte più fine <img src=&#8221;https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/72&#215;72/1f609.png&#8221; alt=&#8221;</p>

</ul>
<p><b><i>Preparazione :</i></b></p>
<ol>
<li>Setacciare le farine e metterle nel contenitore della planetaria e mescolare insieme il lievito.</li>
<li>Aggiungere il sale, il miele, l&#8217;olio e l&#8217;acqua e mettere in funzione.</li>
<li>Lavorare il tutto per circa 5 minuti fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio ed omogeneo.</li>
<li>Lasciare lievitare per circa 2 ore o fino al raddoppio, nel forno spento e con la lucina accesa.</li>
<li>Riprendere l&#8217;impasto, dividerlo in due e dare la forma ai filoni.</li>
<li>Sistemarli man mano in una lastra da forno foderata con della carta da forno.</li>
<li>Lasciare lievitare nuovamente per un oretta abbondante.</li>
<li>Riscaldare il forno a 220° e cuocere per circa 30 minuti o fino ad avere una bella doratura, dipende molto da forno a forno.</li>
<li>Sfornare, lasciare raffreddare su una gratella e servire.</li>

<div><span>Mettete nella macchina del pane, esattamente in questo ordine: 300 gr di latte, meglio se intero, 75 gr di olio di semi o 40 gr di olio d&#8217;oliva, 50 gr di zucchero, 10 gr di sale, 400 gr di farina bianca tipo 00, 180 gr di farina di grano duro (detta anche semola rimacinata), 7 gr di lievito secco tipo Mastro Fornaio o 15 gr di lievito.&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>Mettete il programma base (3 ore e mezza circa) con crosta chiara o massimo media, o secondo la vostra macchina del pane.<span>&nbsp;</span></span></div>
