<p>INGREDIENTI..FROLLA al CACAO<br />450g.farina x dolci <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.molinosoncinicesare.com/farine/per-dolci-e-biscotti/3">Molino Soncini Cesare</a><br />50g.cacao amaro<br />200g.zucchero a velo<br />220g,burro<br />60g.di nocciole tritate con 1 cucchiaio di zucchero semolato<br />3 tuorli + 1 uovo intero<br />un pizzico di sale</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />unire farina,cacao,burro,zucchero.nocciole e sale,mescolare il tutto poi unire le uova<br />impastare e formare una palla da coprire con pellicola e conservare in frigo x 30&#8242;</p>
<p>CREMA PASTICCIERA<br />500g.di latte<br />4 tuorli<br />50g.fecola di patate<br />120g.zucchero<br />1 bustina vanillina</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />Sbattere uova e zucchero a spuma unire fecola,vanillina e mescolare,aggiungere a filo il latte<br />in modo da non creare grumi,e portare al fuoco,mescolare fino ad addensare il tutto!</p>
<p>FIORDIFRUTTA Frutti di Bosco Rigoni di Asiago</p>
<p>Mescolare Fiordifrutta con 1 bicchierino di grappa</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />Riprendere dal frigo l&#8217;impasto,stenderlo in una teglia x crostata e bucherellare con i rebbi<br />di una forchetta,cuocere il guscio di frolla x 20&#8242; a 180°<br />Una volta cotto il guscio,aspettare che raffreddi e riempirlo dapprima con la crema e poi<br />ricoprire la suddetta con la fiordifrutta .</p>

<div>frutta di stagione: 2-3 fette di melone polpa gialla, 2-3 albicocche, 10-15 duroni, 2 pesche nettarine </div>
