			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Il risotto zucca e salsiccia è un primo delicato e profumato, il piatto ideale per il pranzo della domenica, soprattutto per gli amanti di questo frutto. Ho così deciso di preparare una versione alternativa: un risottino più cremoso che avesse la <b>zucca come protagonista</b>. Ci ho accostato la salsiccia e, inutile dirlo, <b>l&#8217;abbinamento è stato più che apprezzato</b>! <p>Ingredienti:<br />700 gr di riso flora<br />3 cucchiai di trito di sedano, carote e cipolla<br />250 gr di zucca già cotta al forno<br />400 gr di salsiccia <br />1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco<br />3 l di brodo di carne <br />olio extravergine di oliva<br />40 gr di parmigiano</p>

<p>Ingredienti:<br />
200 gr di cioccolato fondente<br />
200 gr di zucchero<br />
100 gr di burro<br />
4 uova<br />
4 cucchiai di fecola<br />
1 pizzico di sale</p>

<div>Procedimento:<br />
Montare a neve gli albumi con un pizzico di sale e metterli da parte.Mettere in un contenitore lo zucchero e i tuorli.</p>
<p>Mescolare bene.</p>
<p>Poi unirvi il cioccolato e il burro fusi e mescolare bene.</p>
<p>Aggiungere la fecola e mescolare nuovamente.</p>
<p>Quindi unirvi gli albumi montati a neve in precedenza.</p>
<p>Con l&#8217;aiuto di una spatola, incorporarli delicatamente con movimenti dall&#8217;alto verso il basso.</p>
<p>Versare l&#8217;impasto in una tortiera.</p>
<p>Cuocere in forno a 180° per circa 40 minuti.</p>
<p>Lasciar raffreddare completamente prima di servire.</p>
<p>La torta tenerina è pronta, servite con una spolverata di zucchero a velo!</p>

La ricetta che vi propongo oggi prevede l&#8217;utilizzo dei tuorli d&#8217;uovo, degli albumi montati a neve e del lievito. Ho sempre amato la frittata di cipolla, infatti l&#8217;ho sempre preparata in padella: una frittatina sottile e croccante. Questa volta però, dopo aver provato quella <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href:"http://www.golosedelizie.com/2016/03/frittata-con-ricotta-e-spinaci.html>agli spinaci</a>, ho deciso di sperimentare una versione simile. Ebbene, il risultato è stato eccezionale. Grazie alla cottura in forno, risulta sofficissima e morbida, una vera delizia, insomma! Se siete alla ricerca di un secondo semplice e saporito, provate la mia frittata di cipolle al forno e ve ne innamorerete!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Se c&#8217;è un dolce che mi fa letteralmente impazzire, è il <b>salame al cioccolato</b>. Per anni ho provato moltissime versioni, perennemente alla &nbsp;ricerca della <b>ricetta perfetta</b>. Ecco spiegato perchè non avevo ancora caricato la ricetta sul blog. Finchè non ho assaggiato il salame al cioccolato della mia mitica amica Rita, è semplicemente divino. Un dolce cioccolatoso e libidinoso, il mix perfetto di <b>biscotti, cioccolato, cacao, caffè e marsala</b>. Eh si, perchè noi non ci facciamo mancare niente. Questo salame di cioccolato super goloso è paradisiaco, ve ne innamorerete al primo assaggio. Vi lascio alla mia super ricetta e vi auguro una dolcissima giornata, un bacino!</p>

Semplice da preparare ed estremamente gustoso, il mio risottino è <b>una vera delizia per gli occhi e per il palato</b>. L&#8217;abbinamento pere e gorgonzola è un vero classico, io ho pensato di rivisitarlo in chiave risotto che, come sapete, mi fa impazzire. E siccome dietro ad ogni piatto c&#8217;è una storia, vi racconto questa. <p>Ingredienti:<br />350 gr di riso<br />2 cucchiai di trito di sedano, carote e cipolla<br />1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco<br />2 l di brodo di carne <br />1 pera<br />40 gr di gorgonzola<br />40 gr di burro<br />sale<br />pepe</p>

Beh, adoro gli strigoli e l&#8217;idea di una nuova ricettina mi è parsa perfetta, soprattutto se il piatto in questione non è troppo elaborato. Inutile dire che adoro questo primo e vi stra consiglio di provarlo, ne vale davvero la pena! La cosa più difficile credo sia reperire gli strigoli, dovreste trovarli dal vostro ortolano di fiducia o in un supermercato ben fornito, sempre che non crescano già nel vostro giardino! Io ne vado matta, sarà per il pollo super tenero o per il sapore deciso del piatto ma ne mangerei a valanghe. Quella che vi propongo è la mia ricetta di famiglia, tanto semplice quanto collaudata, dovete proprio provarla. Con lo stesso procedimento, potete preparare anche il coniglio alla cacciatora che, personalmente, amo ancora di più, spero di riuscire a riprepararlo al più presto in modo da lasciarvi anche questa ricettina. <p>Ingredienti:<br />1 pollo tagliato a pezzetti <br />600 gr di patate<br />200 ml di acqua  <br />200 ml di passata di pomodoro<br />400 gr di pomodorini<br />1/2 cipolla<br />2 spicchi di aglio<br />olio extravergine di oliva<br />rosmarino<br />sale<br />pepe</p>

<p>Mescolare e iniziare a cuocere a fiamma bassa in modo che il pollo si cuocia delicatamente. Come sempre, per la perfetta riuscita della ricetta, dovrete utilizzare ingredienti di prima qualità. La versione originale prevede l&#8217;aggiunta di melanzane fritte ma io, per alleggerire il tutto, ho scelto di passarle in <i>forno</i> e incroccantirle ben bene prima di unirle alla pasta. Ho adorato questa pasta alla norma, non posso fare altro che stra consigliarvela. Fatemi sapere se la provate, un bacino!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Avete presente quei <b>pan brioche</b> del forno o della pasticceria che ti conquistano con il classico profumino e dal sapore paradisiaco? Ecco, io e mia mamma eravamo letteralmente innamorate della suddetta preparazione. Pensa che ti ripensa, ci siamo dette che avremmo dovuto riprodurlo in casa. Ma mettersi ai fornelli una sera si e una no, impastare, lasciar lievitare e infornare un pane dolce è brigoso. Così, quando siamo riuscite a prendere la nostra <b>macchina del pane</b> (e finalmente, aggiungerei!) ci siamo messe all&#8217;opera. E nel caso ve lo steste chiedendo, si, la scritta <i>mdp</i> significa proprio macchina del pane! &nbsp;La prima ricetta era buona, ma non eccezionale. Questa, invece, cioè la seconda, ci ha fatto innamorare. Un pan brioche <b>profumatissimo, super soffice</b> <b>e tanto, tanto, tanto buono</b>. E&#8217; una delle mie più grandi soddisfazioni culinarie, un must a casa mia da un mese a questa parte. Pensate che io, che farei volentieri a meno della colazione, non vedo l&#8217;ora di mangiare una bella fetta di pan brioche con la mia amata nocciolata! Spero di avervi incuriosito, dovete assolutamente provare questa ricettina..nel caso non aveste la mdp, fareste meglio a comprarla, è un investimento fantastico!</p>

<p>Ingredienti:<br />2 uova<br />125 ml di latte parzialmente scremato<br />80 gr di zucchero<br />75 gr di burro<br />500 gr di farina*<br />4 gr di lievito secco per pane **</p>
<p>* Potete realizzare il vostro pan brioche con <i>500 gr</i> di farina o <i>450</i> gr. Utilizzandone 500 gr, verrà un impasto meno morbido e un pan brioche più alto. Vi consiglio di provare inizialmente con 500 gr. Personalmente, adoro entrambe le versioni.<br />**Io utilizzo il lievito Mastro Fornaio per pane e focacce. In alternativa, potete usare 14 gr di <i>lievito fresco</i>. Ho provato entrambe le versioni e, sinceramente, trovo di gran lunga migliore quella con il <i>lievito secco</i>!</p>

<p>La mia macchina del pane ha un programma standard di 3 ore, io ho scelto la doratura media. Far partire il programma. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span>Ho scoperto tantissime ricette per il pranzo di Natale sul sito della&nbsp;</span><span><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.galbani.it/ricette/natale/pranzo/index.html">Galbani</a><span>&nbsp;</span></span><span>e mi è venuta voglia di realizzare una deliziosa&nbsp;</span><b>frittata di patate e spinaci</b><span>. Gustosa e delicata, è un antipasto perfetto per un bel pranzo in famiglia! Una volta pronta potete servirla ridotta a cubetti e accompagnata con del buon formaggio</span><span>. Questa volta ho optato per una <b>cottura in padella</b>, perciò il risultato è una frittata saporita e con una crosticina croccante all&#8217;esterno, anche grazie alle patate rosolate. E&#8217; questa la ragione per la quale ho scelto di non cuocerla al forno, altrimenti le patate non sarebbero risultate così croccanti e la consistenza sarebbe stata diversa. <p>Ingredienti:<br />2 patate<br />200 gr di spinaci lessati e strizzati<br />300 gr di ricotta di mucca Santa Lucia<br />4 uova<br />olio extravergine di oliva<br />sale<br />pepe</p>

Bene, perchè la <b>torta 5 minuti </b>è proprio così! Non saprei come definirla, se non un dolce che <b>si prepara praticamente da solo</b>. Basta mettere tutti gli ingredienti in un contenitore,mescolare, infornare et voilà, ecco pronta la vostra torta! Un dolce super soffice che sarà la vostra colazione perfetta, umido al punto giusto e delicato. L&#8217;idea di prepararla è nata quando mio papà mi ha esplicitamente chiesto di preparare il dolce più semplice che conoscessi e così mi sono detta, perchè no?
