<p>INGREDIENTI<br />500g .Farina nera<br />1 bustina lievito secco<br />350g.di acqua<br />1 cucchiaio olio evo<br />1 cucchiaino zucchero<br />7/8 g.sale<br />scamorza a fette<br />salame piccante a fiammifero<br />pomodorini<br />carciofi sott&#8217;olio (tagliati a fette</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />Nell&#8217;impastatrice,acqua ,zucchero e lievito,versare di colpo la farina,iniziare ad impastare ed<br />aggiungere prima l&#8217;olio e poi il sale,continuare fino ad incordare il tutto,,,<br />Riprendere l&#8217;impasto versarlo in una ciotola unta e coprire con pellicola,dopo 30&#8242; faccio pieghe<br />senza cacciare fuori l&#8217;impasto dalla ciotola,tirando da tutti i lati l&#8217;impasto .<br />Rimetto a lievitare coprendo con pellicola fino al raddoppio,poi divide in 2 e fodero&nbsp; 7 teglie<br />oleate,farcisco con carciofi e scamorza&nbsp; e..pomodorini,salame piccante e scamorza,irroro con<br />olio evo ,spolvero di formaggio grattugiato ed inforno a 220°(forno caldo) x il tempo necessario!</p>

<p><b><span>In quest&#8217;occasione ho utilizzato&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.alpimix.com/shop/it/29-linea-casa-il-mio-forno#.XHRD9MBKi01" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Mastro latte</a>&nbsp;della linea il Mio Forno, il vantaggio di questi mix è quello che bisogna aggiungere solo acqua, sale ed il lievito già in dotazione all&#8217;interno del sacchetto.</span></b></p>

<p><b><span>Una volta pronto l&#8217;impasto, ho steso direttamente le pizze in teglia ed ho aggiunto gli ingredienti, precedentemente tagliati e tenuti da parte.</span></b></p>

<p><b><span>Fate cuocere in forno mediamente io parto con una temperatura di 150°&nbsp; per 10 minuti e poi salgo a 170° per altri 20 minuti.</span></b></p>

<p>INGREDIENTI<br />1 kg farina per pizza linea Bianca <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.molinosoncinicesare.com/?prodotti=3">Molino Soncini Cesare</a><br />6g.di lievito di birra<br />600g.acqua (circa<br />18g.sale<br />1 cucchiaino di zucchero<br />1 cucchiaio di sugna<br />&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br />zucca a pezzetti<br />fette di pancetta tesa<br />sale e pepe q.b<br />mozzarella a fette (asciugata in frigo</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />Versare la farina nell&#8217;impastatrice,aggiungere il lievito sciolto in poca acqua e zucchero,<br />la sugna e iniziare ad impastare con il gancio,aggiungendo acqua ,continuare ad impastare<br />aggiungere sale e proseguire fino a quando l&#8217;impasto si stacchera&#8217; del tutto dalle pareti !!<br />Spegnere e lasciare l&#8217;impasto nel boccale coprendo con uno strofinaccio umido&nbsp; x circa 30&#8242;.<br />Riprendere l&#8217;impasto,sgonfiarlo e dividerlo in 2 boule coprendoli e inserendoli in forno spento<br />ma con luce accesa fino al raddoppio degli impasti!!</p>
<p>Una volta lievitato&nbsp; ,stendere un impasto in&nbsp; una teglia oleata,coprendo con zucca,<br />un filino di olio,sale,pepe e fette di&nbsp; pancetta,infornare a 250° x circa 9/10&#8221;,poi cacciare la teglia,<br />aggiungere la mozzarella e rinfornare per&nbsp; il tempo necessario a scioglierla!!</p>

<p><b><span>INGREDIENTI:</span></b><br /><b><span>500 gr. di pizza mix <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.orsilimolino.it/home/index.php/le-nostre-farine/54-novita-farina-pizza-mix.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Molino F.lli Orsili</a>;</span></b><br /><b><span>25 gr. di lievito di birra;</span></b><br /><b><span>1 cucchiaio di olio di oliva;</span></b><br /><b><span>1 cucchiaio di latte;</span></b><br /><b><span>sale fino scarso un cucchiaio;</span></b><br /><b><span>acqua tiepida quanto basta.</span></b></p>
<p><b><span>FASI</span></b><br /><b><span><br /></span></b><b><span>Versare la farina in una ampia terrina, aggiungere il sale e mescolare.</span></b></p>

<p><b><span>Aggiungere il lievito sciolto nell&#8217;acqua, il latte e l&#8217;olio. Mescolate tutti gli ingredienti ed impastate aiutandovi con le mani fino ad ottenere un composto liscio, omogeneo &nbsp;ed elastico.</span></b></p>

<p><span><b>Nel frattempo preparate gli ingredienti per farcire le vostre pizze, io ho utilizzato pomodoro, wurstel a dadini, mozzarella, prosciutto cotto sempre a dadini. Vi ricordo che per 500 gr. di farina vengono circa sei pizze di media grandezza.</b></span></p>

<p><span><b>Iniziate a stendere le vostre pizze e fatele cuocere su entrambi i lati in una padella antiaderente, vi ricordo che essa deve essere preriscaldata!</b></span><br /><span><b>Giratele un paio di volte, farcitele su una lato a vostro piacimento e coprite con un coperchio, affinchè la mozzarella si sciolga.</b></span></p>

<p><span></span><span></span>Questa è fatta cosi&#8217;.<br />Stendere l&#8217;impasto in una teglia farcire prima &nbsp;con fette salame napoletano poi provolone piccante<br />versarci poi &nbsp;sopra ..uova sbattute con poco sale,pepe e tanto grana grattugiato.<br />Ricoprire il tutto con altro impasto ,spennellare con un filo di olio ed infornare a 180° x il tempo necessario!!Regolatevi sempre con i vs forni!!</p>
