<div><span>Tagliate le sfoglie leggermente più grande dello stampino,</span></div>
<div><span>disponete un piccolo ciuffetto di ripieno,</span></div>

<div><span>Per sigillare i ravioli spennellate i bordi con l&#8217;albume leggermente sbattuto.</span></div>

<div><span>Chiudete i ravioli e disponeteli su un vassoio leggermente infarinato.</span></div>

<div><span>Portate a ebollizione una pentola capiente piena d&#8217;acqua (4-5 litri ogni 500g di pasta).</span></div>
<div><span>Per evitare che i ravioli non si aprono in cottura,</span></div>

<p><u>Procedimento</u>:</p>

<p>In una ciotola capiente uniamo le uova, lo zucchero, l&#8217;aroma alle mandorle,</p>
<p>l&#8217;olio di semi e il lievito.</p>
<p>Iniziamo a mescolare con la forchetta fino ad amalgamare tutti i liquidi.</p>
<p>Man mano aggiungiamo le farine.</p>
<p>Quando l&#8217;impasto sarà diventato compatto spostiamoci sul piano di lavoro</p>
<p>leggermente infarinato.</p>
<p>Lavoriamo molto bene l&#8217;impasto e se risulta un pochino appiccicoso</p>
<p>aggiungiamo pochissima farina.</p>
<p>Il nostro panetto di frolla è pronto quando non si attaccherà più alle dita.</p>
<p>Stendiamo la frolla tra due strati di carta forno di uno spessore di 5 mm.</p>
<p>Ora togliamo la carta (quella sopra) e iniziamo a formare i biscotti.</p>

<p>Disponiamo i biscotti ben distanziati su una teglia con carta da forno e</p>
<p>inforniamo nel forno preriscaldato ventilato a 180°C per circa 10 minuti</p>
<p>fino a doratura (leggera).</p>
<p>Controllate i biscotti di tanto in tanto mentre sono in forno,</p>
<p>facendo attenzione alla parte appoggiata sulla teglia.</p>
<p>A volte i biscotti, seppure un pochino morbidi, ma già dorati,</p>
<p>toglieteli dal forno.</p>
<p>Mentre si raffreddano continueranno ad asciugarsi.</p>
<p>Una volta ben freddi potete decorarli a vostro piacimento.</p>

<div><span>aggiungete l&#8217;olio, l&#8217;acqua, il prezzemolo tritato e il sale..</span></div>
<div><span>Con l&#8217;aiuto della forchetta mescolate e raccogliete man mano</span></div>
<div><span>la farina.</span></div>

<div><span>Formate un bel panetto liscio e lasciamolo riposare per 30 minuti.</span></div>
<div><span>Ora con l&#8217;aiuto di un mattarello o la sfogliatrice,</span></div>
<div><span>stendiamo le sfoglie di uno spessore di 2-3 mm.</span></div>

<div><span>Disponiamo le sfoglie sul piano di lavoro ben infarinato e</span></div>
<div><span>lasciamo riposare per 20-30 minuti.</span></div>

<div><span>Ora passiamo a tagliare gli spaghetti con l&#8217;aiuto dell&#8217;attrezzo della Marcato Atlas 150</span></div>
<div><span>&#8220;Spaghetti&#8221; oppure con il telaio della chitarra in legno..</span></div>
<div><span>Infarinare bene gli spaghetti e lasciamoli asciugare sullo stendino.</span></div>

<div><span>Cuocere la pasta in abbondante acqua salata per 2 minuti.</span></div>
<div><span>Scolateli nella padella del condimento.</span></div>
<div><span>Per me un buon sugo semplice al basilico .</span></div>
