Ingredienti:<br />
150 ml di panna da montare a lunga conservazione UHT<br />

170 ml di Birra Green&#8217;s Gold Dry Hopper Lager<br />
125 g di zucchero di canna<br />
Procedimento:<br />
Prendete una ciotola, e versateci lo zucchero e la birra, mescolate e fate sciogliere bene lo zucchero, ci vorranno circa 10 minuti, aggiungete poi l&#8217;estratto di vaniglia e la panna, amalgamate il tutto, trasferite in gelatiera per 30 minuti. Gustatelo puro, o con rape&#8217; di cocco disidratato, o scaglie di cioccolato, e&#8217; davvero rinfrescante e dissetante&#8230;<br />

<p><b>for Bagnet verd or green sauce</b><br />4 anchovies in oil<br />1 bunch of parsley<br />60 grams of toasted pine nuts<br />20 grams of salted capers<br />2 hard-boiled organic egg yolks (already cooked)<br />1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar<br />the bread of a sandwich not very big<br />½ cup extra virgin olive oil<br />2 cloves garlic</p>
<p><b>Method</b><br />Eliminate all the salt from the capers, chopped breadcrumbs, peeled parsley and remove the peel and garlic soul, then put them in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients needed to make the green sauce. Blend carefully so as to obtain a homogeneous sauce.</p>
<p>In a pan fry the garlic and oil. Then fry the slices of cod blended with white wine and let evaporate the alcohol. United a couple of ladles of fish and cook until perfect cooking of the fish stock.</p>
<p>Serve with salsa verde.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a><span><b><br /></b></span><br /><span><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone</b></span><br /><span><b>Per il merluzzo</b></span><br /><span>4 tranci di merluzzo</span><br /><span>1 spicchio di aglio</span><br /><span>brodo di pesce preparato prima</span><br /><span>mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco</span><br /><span>olio extravergine di oliva</span><br /><span>sale rosa</span><br /><span><b><br /></b></span><span><b>per il bagnet verd o salsa verde</b></span><br /><span>4 acciughe sotto olio</span><br /><span>1 mazzetto di prezzemolo</span><br /><span>60 grammi di pinoli tostati</span><br /><span>20 grammi di capperi sotto sale</span><br /><span>2 tuorli di uovo sodo biologico (già cotto)</span><br /><span>1 cucchiaio di aceto di mele</span><br /><span>la mollica di un panino non molto grande</span><br /><span>mezzo bicchiere di olio extravergine di oliva</span><br /><span>2 spicchi di aglio</span><br /><span><b><br /></b></span><span><b>Procedimento</b></span><br /><span>Eliminate tutto il sale dai capperi, spezzettate la mollica, mondate il prezzemolo ed eliminate la buccia e l&#8217;anima dell&#8217;aglio, quindi metteteli in un frullatore insieme al resto degli ingredienti necessari per fare la salsa verde. Frullate attentamente in modo tale da ottenere una salsa omogenea.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>In una padella fate un soffritto con olio e aglio. Fate rosolare i tranci di merluzzo poi sfumate con il vino bianco e fate evaporare completamente l&#8217;alcool. Unite un paio di mestoli di brodo di pesce e cuocete fino a perfetta cottura del pesce.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Servite con la salsa verde.</span></p>

<p><b>Ingredients for 4 people</b><br /><b>for polenta.</b><br />500 grams of ground corn flour in a stone<br />2 liters of water<br />20 grams of butter<br />salt<br /><b><br /></b><b>For the snails</b><br />400 grams of tomato sauce prepared before<br />200 grams of peeled and pre-cooked snails<br />half a glass of wine biano aromatic Gewürztraminer<br />1 shallot<br />20 grams of butter</p>
<p><b>For Bagnet verd</b><br />4 anchovies in oil<br />1 small bunch of parsley<br />50 grams of toasted pine nuts<br />15 grams of capers<br />the bread of a sandwich<br />1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar<br />5 tablespoons oil<br />1 clove of garlic</p>
<p><b>Method</b><br />in a blender put all the ingredients for Bagnet verd. Blend everything well and let stand one hour.</p>
<p>In a pan, make a fried with oil, butter and shallots. Sauté the snails, then pour in the white wine and let evaporate all the alcohol. Cook for about 15 minutes (however you read what the manufacturer of pre cooked snails suggests), then add the tomato sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.</p>
<p>Prepare the polenta. In a saucepan, bring to a boil the water. then add the flour from above and turn carefully and quickly to avoid lumps. then lower the heat and cook over low heat for about 2 hours. Towards the end add the butter and stir.</p>
<p>Serve hot with snails, tomato sauce and Bagnet verd.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a><b><br /></b><br /><span><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone</b></span><br /><span><b>per la polenta.</b></span><br /><span>500 grammi di farina di mais macinata a pietra</span><br /><span>2 litri di acqua</span><br /><span>20 grammi di burro</span><br /><span>sale</span><br /><span><b><br /></b></span><span><b>Per le lumache</b></span><br /><span>400 grammi di sugo di pomodoro preparato prima</span><br /><span>200 grammi di lumache sgusciate e precotte</span><br /><span>mezzo bicchiere di vino biano Gewurtztraminer aromatico</span><br /><span>1 scalogno</span><br /><span>20 grammi di burro</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>Per il bagnet verd</b></span><br /><span>4 acciughe sotto olio</span><br /><span>1 mazzetto piccolo di prezzemolo</span><br /><span>50 grammi di pinoli tostati</span><br /><span>15 grammi di capperi</span><br /><span>la mollica di un panino</span><br /><span>1 cucchiaio di aceto di mele</span><br /><span>5 cucchiai di olio</span><br /><span>1 spicchio di aglio</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>Procedimento</b></span><br /><span>in un frullatore mettete tutti gli ingredienti per il bagnet verd. Frullate bene il tutto poi fate riposare un&#8217;ora.&nbsp;</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>In una padella, fate un soffritto con olio, burro e scalogno. Fate rosolare le lumache, quindi sfumate con il vino bianco e fate evaporare tutto l&#8217;alcool. Cuocete per circa 15 minuti (leggete comunque quello che il produttore delle lumache pre cotte suggerisce), poi aggiungete il sugo di pomodoro e continuate a cuocere per altri 5 minuti.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Preparate la polenta. In una pentola, portate ad ebollizione l&#8217;acqua. Aggiungete quindi la farina dall&#8217;alto e girate attentamente e velocemente per non fare grumi. Abbassate quindi il fuoco e cuocete a fuoco basso per circa 2 ore. Verso la fine aggiungete il burro e mantecate.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Servite caldo con le lumache, il sugo di pomodoro e il bagnet verd.</span></p>

<p>Ho provato subito queste birre e come detto inizialmente &nbsp;sono adatte a tutti..<br />io che sono una che ama &nbsp;e non poco..le birre &#8230;vi assicuro che non ho notato differenze con altre!!</p>
<p>Per la mia fritturina di triglie&#8230;ho deciso di bere la n°4..bionda e decisa!!!!</p>

Add the lemon thyme leaves, a tablespoon of olive oil and salt. Blend everything well then let stand.</p>

<p>Press slightly heat the cream cheese in a saucepan.</p>
<p>In a pot of hot water, cook the crescents. When they are ready, place them in a bowl then add the cream cheese and green beans at room temperature. Cook and then serve immediately.</p>
<p><span>Qu&#8217;est-ce que ce plat! Riche, frais, plein à craquer de bonnes choses et surtout authentique. Les ornements que j&#8217;ai acheté sur le marché ont une farce fabuleuse! La différence à la table fait toujours le grade!</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>Pour 4 personnes</b></span><br /><span>600 grammes de croissants farcis au basilic et noix de pin</span><br /><span>200 grammes de haricots verts frais</span><br /><span><b><br /></b></span><span><b>Pour le fromage à la crème:</b></span><br /><span>300 grammes de ricotta fraîche</span><br /><span>6 brins de thym citron</span><br /><span>huile 1 cuillère à soupe</span><br /><span>sel</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>processus</b></span><br /><span>Prendre la ricotta et la place dans un mélangeur. Ajouter les feuilles de thym citron, une cuillère à soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et le sel. Mélangez bien tout laisser reposer.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Cuire al dente haricots verts dans une cocotte-minute. Une cuisson obtenue, les égoutter et les couper en petits morceaux.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Appuyez légèrement chauffer le fromage à la crème dans une casserole.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Dans une casserole d&#8217;eau chaude, faire cuire les croissants. Quand ils sont prêts, placez-les dans un bol, puis ajouter le fromage à la crème et les haricots verts à la température ambiante. Cook et servent ensuite immédiatement.</span><br /><span><br /></span><br />Che piatto questo! Ricco, fresco, pieno zeppo di cose buone e soprattutto genuine. Le mezzelune che ho acquistato al mercato hanno un ripieno da favola! La differenza a tavola la fa sempre la qualità!<br /><b><br /></b><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone</b><br />600 grammi di mezzelune ripiene al basilico e pinoli<br />200 grammi di fagiolini freschi</p>
<p><b>Per la crema alla ricotta:</b><br />300 grammi di ricotta fresca<br />6 rametti di timo limone<br />1 cucchiaio di olio<br />sale<br /><b><br /></b><b>Procedimento</b><br />Prendete la ricotta e mettetela all&#8217;interno di un frullatore. Aggiungete le foglie di timo limone, il cucchiaio di olio e il sale. Frullate bene il tutto quindi fate riposare.</p>
<p>Cuocete al dente i fagiolini in pentola a pressione. A cottura ottenuta, scolateli e tagliateli a pezzi piccoli.</p>
<p>Fate riscaldare leggermente la crema di ricotta in un pentolino.</p>
<p>In una pentola di acqua calda cuocete le mezzelune. Quando saranno pronte, mettetele in una ciotola poi aggiungete la crema di ricotta e i fagiolini a temperatura ambiente. Fate insaporire quindi servite subito.</p>

<div>Come sono andati questi giorni di festività? Li avete trascorsi in famiglia? Avete fatto il pieno di colomba e uova (sode e di cioccolato)? Siete riusciti a fare una scampagnata e a mangiare all&#8217;aria aperta? </div>
<div>Io non ho fatto niente di tutto questo, sono rimasta in casa perché il tempo non consentiva uscite e anche se sono stata in famiglia, c&#8217;era un componente fondamentale che mancava: mio marito che per lavoro si trova a migliaia di km di distanza e a 7 ore in meno di fuso orario!</div>
<div>Per il cibo poi, quest&#8217;anno&nbsp;nessuna colomba&nbsp;a conclusione del nostro pranzo. Avrei tanto voluto prepararla, avevo anche trovato la ricetta giusta per chi come me non ha il lievito madre ma alla fine non sono riuscita ad organizzarmi, sarà per l&#8217;anno prossimo!</div>
<div>Quest&#8217;anno, in questo blog, non c&#8217;è stata traccia di Pasqua e fino ad ora neanche di primavera.</div>
<div>Oggi fa la sua prima comparsa il verde, quello dello smoothie che ho provato qualche giorno fa.</div>
<div>Se avete gente in casa che non ama frutta e verdura,&nbsp;mettere tutto nel frullatore è spesso&nbsp;un&#8217;ottima soluzione!</div>
<div>In questo smoothie ad esempio si sente la vaniglia che aromatizza il latte, si sentono la banana e l&#8217;ananas, mentre la presenza degli spinaci si avverte appena; per i miei gusti era dolce al punto giusto, voi però prima di versare nei bicchieri assaggiate pure e decidete se aggiungere il dolcificante che preferite.</div>

<p>Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:</p>
<p>50 g di spinaci già puliti<br />70 g di banana (circa mezza)<br />2 fette di ananas in scatola<br />250 g di latte di soya alla vaniglia</p>
<p>Procedimento:</p>
<p>Spezzetate gli spinaci, tagliate la banana e l&#8217;ananas a pezzi e&nbsp;mettete nel frullatore, aggiungete il latte di soya e frullate.<br />Versate nei bicchieri e servite.</p>
