<p>una piccola idea&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..</p>
<p>Quando proprio non hai che fare ma devi consumare tanti piccoli avanzi che resistono da tempo<br />in frigo,ecco che&nbsp; ti vengono prontamente&nbsp; in aiuto fogli&nbsp; di paste pronte..<br />in questo caso ho usato pasta brise&#8217; in fogli!!</p>
<p>Ho steso una brise&#8217;&nbsp; in teglia,ho foderato&nbsp; con fette di salame,fette di avanzi di formaggi stagionati ,<br />2 uova sode a fette e ho chiuso il tutto con un altra pasta brise&#8217;che ho ricoperto di pomodorini, scamorza a fette,una manciata di grana grattugiato ,un pizzico di sale ,basilico e un filo di olio.<br />In forno a 180° x 25&#8242;!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>INGREDIENTI:<br />Arista a fette (pari<br />pancetta coppata ( fette sottili<br />provola (asciutta da giorni in frigo&#8230;tagliata a fette<br />burro salato<br />funghi misti congelati<br />farina<br />prezzemolo<br />cipolla<br />aglio in polvere<br />vino bianco<br />sale e pepe q.b</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO</p>
<p>Farcire 2 a 2 le fette di arista con provola e pancetta,chiudere con stuzzicadenti<br />Passare ambo i lati nella farina e adagiarle tutte nel burro sciolto in padella con la cipolla tritata,<br />lasciare x qualche minuto&nbsp; dorare da ambo i lati,salare e pepare,bagnare con il vino,evaporato<br />il quale aggiungere funghi,prezzemolo, un pizzico di aglio in polvere , altro sale,mezzo bicchiere di acqua,coprire e portare a cottura per circa 15/20.<br />Scoprire e appoggiare su ogni scaloppina una fetta di provola,ricoprire e mettere la casseruola<br />su di una bistecchiera con sotto una fiamma viva,aspettare che si sciolga la provola ,spegnere e..<br />servire la carne accompagnandola con i funghi !!</p>
<p>N.B se non volete adoperare la bistecchiera ,per far sciogliere la provola dovrete usare una<br />casseruola da poter usare poi e&nbsp; passare in forno a gratinare!!</p>
