<p><u><br /></u><u><br /></u> <u>Cioccolatini al peperoncino e mandorle &#8211; 10 minuti&nbsp;+ raffreddamento</u><br /><u>Per il ripieno &#8211; 5 minuti&nbsp;+ raffreddamento</u><br />100 g&nbsp; &nbsp; cioccolato fondente<br />&nbsp; 25 g&nbsp; &nbsp; burro<br />&nbsp; 20 g&nbsp; &nbsp; mandorle tritate<br />un pizzico (la punta di un cucchiaio) di polvere di peperoncino</p>
<p>Sciogliete il cioccolato fondente con il burro per 2 minuti al microonde. Mescolate bene finché non sia tutto ben sciolto, aggiungete le mandorle tritate ed il peperoncino. Amalgamate ed usate il composto per riempire gli stampini (per me..forma ghiaccio a forma di cuore).<br />Mettete in frigorifero per un&#8217;ora a solidificare.</p>
<p><u>Per la copertura &#8211; 5 minuti</u><br />100 g&nbsp; &nbsp; cioccolato fondente<br />1 cucchiaio di olio di cocco</p>
<p>Sciogliete il cioccolato per un minuto la microonde. Mescolate bene, finché non sarà completamente sciolto, ed unitevi l&#8217;olio di cocco. Mescolate nuovamente ed immergetevi i cioccolatini, che metterete a scolare (ed a rapprendersi) su una gratella. Se gradite, potete ripetere la copertura per uno strato esterno più croccante.<br />Abbiate la pazienza di farli asciugare bene e poi&#8230;buon appetito!</p>

<p>_EN______<br />Are you looking for a smart/fast recipe to surprise your Valentine it-is/to-be?<br />Chocolate is generally the answer, but does the tempering scares you?<br />Read here below to find out how a dream can come true: amazing dark choccolate with almonds and chili&#8230;are you still single?? Well, not for long ;)</p>
<p><u>Dark chocolate with chili and almonds &#8211; 10 minutes&nbsp;+ setting</u><br /><u>For the filling &#8211; 5 minutes&nbsp;+ setting</u><br />100 g&nbsp; &nbsp; dark chocolate<br />&nbsp; 25 g&nbsp; &nbsp; butter<br />&nbsp; 20 g&nbsp; &nbsp; chopped almonds<br />a tiny bit of chili powder</p>
<p>Just put the choccolate and the butter to melt in the microwave for 2 minutes.<br />Mix well, until completely melted.<br />Add the almonds and the chili powder, mix again and put the mixture in the mold of your choice (I&#8217;ve used an heart-shaped ice tray).<br />Put in the refrigerator to set, for about an hour.</p>
<p><u>For the cover &#8211; 5 minutes</u><br />100 g&nbsp; &nbsp; dark chocolate<br />1 tbsp coconut oil</p>
<p>Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute.<br />Add the coconut oil and mix thoroughly.<br />Put the chocolates in the mixture, until well coated, then let them drain on a grate.<br />If you&#8217;re looking for an extremely crunchy coating, you can repeat the step above.<br />Decorate the chocolates with a sliced almond, then please be patient and give them the time to set and dry :)</p>
