<div><span>PROCEDIMENTO</span></div>
<div><span>Sbucciare patate,lavare e tagliare a dadini,cosi&#8217; pure zucchine,gamberi e sedano..</span></div>
<div><span>In un pentolino con poco olio e aglio far aprire i lupini ,sgusciarli (tranne alcuni ) e lasciarli a parte&nbsp; nel loro liquido filtrato&#8230;.nello stesso pentolino senza alcun condimento se non quanto rimasto dei lupini ripassiamo&nbsp; velocemente i gamberi ,spegnamo e mettiamo da parte!.pronto il tutto iniziamo a comporre la ricetta cosi&#8217;:</span></div>
<div><span>In una casseruola capiente olio,cipolla sottile,sedano,patate e zucchine,lasciamo rosolare il tutto ed uniamo i pomodori,sale ,pepe,basilico e prezzemolo, lasciamo cuocere il tempo necessario facendo attenzione a non asciugare troppo</span></div>
<div><span>Pronto il sugo iniziamo a cuocere la pasta che lasceremo a mezza cottura e verseremo grondante della sua acqua nel sugo a terminare la cottura&#8230;negli ultimi minuti quando ormai il liquido sara&#8217; addensato aggiungeremo i gamberi e i lupini sgusciati con il loro liquido,una manciata di formaggio, e mantecheremo il tutto a fiamma viva! Serviremo decorando il piatto con i lupini lasciati nei loro gusci</span></div>

<p>Sempre x la serie del riciclo&#8230;.</p>
<p>I fagioli e Seppie erano avanzati dall&#8217;antipasto di mare&#8230;.<br />sempre perche&#8217; cucino x un reggimento&#8230;..li avevo congelati..<br />Mi è bastato scongelarli ,allungare acqua e&#8230;mettere la pasta</p>
<p>Nel post &nbsp;invece vi descrivo l&#8217;intero passaggio &#8230;.nel caso vorreste cimentarvi!!</p>
<p><span>INGREDIENTI:</span><br /><span>pasta tipo tubetti</span><br /><span>400g.fagioli cannellini gia&#8217; cotti&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br /><span>1 kg di seppie(possibilmente fresche)</span><br /><span>olio evo q.b &nbsp;</span><br /><span>1 spicchio di aglio</span><br /><span>1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco secco</span><br /><span>prezzemolo q.b</span><br /><span>pepe e sale q.b</span></p>
<p><span>Procedimento:</span><br /><span>Pulire e lavare le seppie,tagliarle a tocchetti piccoli e rosolarle in una casseruola con olio e aglio tritato,</span><br /><span>unire il vino,un pizzico di sale , coprire e portare a meta&#8217; cottura!</span><br /><span>Fatto cio&#8217;, aggiungere alle seppie i fagioli , abbondante pepe nero e acqua a coprire che servira&#8217; per continuare la cottura </span><br /><span>e per poi cuocere la pasta!!</span></p>

<p>INGREDIENTI<br />Fagioli cannellini<br />friarielli puliti da foglie macchiate o bucate,lavati e sbollentati<br />pomodoro passato<br />aglio<br />olio evo<br />sale<br />peperoncino<br />pasta tipo tubetti!!<br />PROCEDIMENTO<br />Cotti i fagioli e sbollentati i friarielli,unirli in una pentola alta,aggiugere aglio (steccato da poter<br />poi eliminare),olio,sale,peperoncino e qualche cucchiaiata di pomodoro passato!<br />Lasciare cuocere a fiamma meduia c circa 30&#8242; poi eliminare agli,allungare acqua e cuocere<br />la pasta!!</p>
