<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />Pulire la spigola e poggiarla su carta alluminio&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..<br />riempirla con pomodorini,prezzemolo,aglio ,sale,fetta arancia<br />olio e cipolla, avvolgerla con la carta e mettere in una teglia con i gamberoni<br />chiusi e conditi alla stessa maniera!!<br />I gamberoni cuoceranno x 15&#8242; a 250°,mentre le spigole&nbsp; avranno&nbsp; ancora 15&#8242; di cottura!!</p>

2 filetti spigola<br />
10-12 pomodorini pachino<br />
1 mazzetto rucola<br />
10-12 foglie basilico<br />
10 olive verdi denocciolate<br />
q.b. olio d&#8217;oliva extravergine</p>
<p>Fatevi sfilettare le spigole dal vostro pescivendolo di fiducia, quindi – una volta tornati a casa – eliminate con l’apposita pinzetta le eventuali lische rimaste.<br />
Lavate i filetti ed asciugateli tamponandoli con un canovaccio da cucina.<br />
Lavate i pomodorini, tagliateli a metà, togliete i semini interni e metteteli da parte in una ciotola, quindi conditeli con olio, un pizzico di sale, le foglie di basilico tagliate a striscioline e le foglie i rucola.<br />
Ora preparate la salsa di olive: in una ciotola mettete le olive verdi denocciolate, un cucchiaio di pomodorini, un pizzico di sale, qualche foglia di rucola e un filo d&#8217;olio e frullate il tutto utilizzando un frullatore ad immersione. In alternativa, nella tazza del mixer.<br />
A questo punto prendete una padella inaderente e fatela e scaldare bene. Quindi metteteci dentro i filetti dalla parte della pelle e lasciate cuocere fino a quando la polpa del pesce non sia diventata d’un bianco opaco.<br />
Servite i filetti di spigola sistemandoli su un letto di salsa di olive e con accanto un po’ d’insalatina di pomodorini e rucola.<br />
