<div><span>In una ciotola mescolare&nbsp; burro e zucchero a pomata,unire le uova ,latte,vanillina e poi le farine,</span></div>

<p><span><strong><span>Ingredienti</span></strong></span></p>
<p><span>(per uno stampo del diametro di 24 cm circa)</span></p>
<p> <span>450 gr di farina 00</span></p>
<p><span>50 gr di farina di nocciole </span></p>
<p><span>155 gr di zucchero semolato</span></p>
<p><span>nocciole tritate q.b.</span></p>
<p><span>130 gr di burro morbido</span></p>
<p><span>1 uovo</span></p>
<p><span>1 tuorlo d&#8217;uovo</span></p>
<p><span>una bustina di lievito per dolci</span></p>
<p><span>i semini di una stecca di vaniglia</span></p>
<p><span>un pizzico di sale</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span><strong><span>Per la farcia:</span></strong></span></p>
<p><span>300 gr di Nutella</span></p>
<p><span>200 gr di panna montata </span></p>
<p><span><strong><span>Procedimento</span></strong></span></p>

</a>Setacciare la farina con il lievito e aggiungere il burro morbido a pezzetti.</span></p>
<p><span>A parte, sbattere l&#8217;uovo e il tuorlo con il sale e i semini di vaniglia e unirli alla farina e al burro.</span></p>
<p><span>Aggiungere lo zucchero e la farina di  nocciole.</span></p>
<p><span>Mescolare tutto ottenendo delle briciole di pasta frolla.</span></p>
<p><span> </span></p>
<p><span><span>Preparare la farcia</span> mescolando la Nutella ammorbidita a bagnomaria e la panna montata. Dovrete ottenere un composto omogeneo.</span></p>
<p><span>( aggiungete la panna montata, unitela al composto con una spatola, dal basso verso l&#8217;alto con movimenti delicati, come se voleste incorporare degli albumi montati a neve).</span></p>

<p><span>Imburrare e infarinare la teglia, versare metà composto di bricole, poi la crema e poi l&#8217;altra metà del composto. Distribuite sul composto la granella di nocciole.</span></p>

<p>Oggi vi propongo questa ricettina davvero gustosa e non troppo calorica, anche se qui un pò di grassi non ce li facciamo mancare mai <span title=':)'>:)</span></p>
<p>Per la <strong>frolla</strong></p>
<p>300 g di farina 00<br />
150 g di zucchero<br />
100 g di burro<br />
1 uova<br />
1 bustina di lievito per dolci<br />
1 pizzico di sale<br />
1 limone</p>
<p>Per il <strong>ripieno</strong>:</p>
<p>250 g di ricotta<br />
150 g di amaretti sbriciolati<br />
100 g di gocce di cioccolato<br />
1 uovo<br />
50 g di zucchero<br />
A piacere aggiungere 2 cucchiai di rhum</p>
<p>Procedimento:</p>
<ul>
<li>Disporre la farina a fontana, aggiungere il lievito, il burro morbido tagliato a pezzetti e l&#8217;uovo.

<li>Poi aggiungere lo zucchero e la scorza di limone.

<li>Formare una palla  compatta con l&#8217;aiuto della pellicola trasparente e lasciare risposare in frigo per almeno 20 minuti.

<li>Per il <strong>ripieno</strong> unire gli amaretti sbriciolati, la ricotta, lo zucchero e l&#8217;uovo.

<li>Poi aggiungere le goccie di cioccolato (oppure il cioccolato tagliato a pezzettini)

<li>Mescolare il composto

<li>Stendere 3/4 di pasta frolla in una tortiera con carta forno, creando un bordino e tenere da parte 1/4 di frolla.

<li>Aggiungere il ripieno
