<div><span><span>Tagliare la mozzarella a fette non troppo sottili. Sbattere l&#8217;uovo . Adagiare sulla fetta di pane la mozzarella, il filetto di alici e la foglia di basilico. Coprire con l&#8217;altra fetta di pane. Versare un po&#8217; di acqua in una ciotola e bagnare velocemente&nbsp; i bordi del pancarrè.</span></span></div>
