<div><span>Cuocere il riso lungo integrale per il tempo indicato sulla confezione. Cuocere la quinoa per il tempo indicato sulla confezione. Cuocere a vapore le carote e poi tagliarle a tocchetti. Condire con rucola (noi del nostro orto), poco tagliuzzata, pomodorini tagliati piccoli, carote e mozzarella veg (ovviamente potete sostituirla con del formaggio a piacere. Condire con un po&#8217; d&#8217;olio se piace e Shoyu.</span></div>
