<p><strong>Zeppole</strong></p>

<p>Ingredienti:</p>
<p>250 gr. di acqua<br />
100 gr. di burro<br />
vanillina<br />
250 gr. di farina<br />
4 uova</p>
<p>Ricetta:</p>
<p>Portare acqua, burro e vanillina a 100 gradi.</p>
<p>Togliere dal fuoco e aggiungere la farina.</p>
<p>Sbattere il tutto per qualche minuto e lasciare raffreddare bene l&#8217;impasto.</p>
<p>Aggiungere le uova  e mescolare il tutto con lo sbattitore.</p>
<p>Dare la forma della zeppola con l&#8217;aiuto di una sac a poche.</p>
<p>Adagiare le zeppole in una teglia e infornare per 30 minuti circa a 180°.</p>

<p><span>Add eggs</span> <span>and mix</span> <span>with</span> <span>the whisk</span>.</p>
<p><span>Molding</span> <span>of the</span> <span>donut</span> <span>with the help of</span> <span>a pastry bag</span>.</p>
<p>Put the zeppole on a baking pan and bake for 30 minutes at 180°.</p>
