<h3>Tortino di bietole</h3>
<p>Ingredienti:</p>
<p>300 gr. di bietole<br />
parmigiano grattugiato<br />
noce moscata<br />
pepe bianco<br />
sale rosa<br />
100 ml di latte</p>
<p>Ricetta:</p>
<p>lessare la verdura dopo averla lavata e pulita.</p>
<p>In una ciotola unire tutti gli ingredienti e mescolare.</p>
<p>In una pirofila da forno mettere la carta e distribuire il composto.</p>
<p>Cuocere in forno per almeno 30 minuti a 180°.</p>

<p><strong>Cake of chard</strong></p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>300 gr. of chard<br />
grated parmesan cheese<br />
nutmeg<br />
white pepper<br />
pink salt<br />
100 ml of milk</p>
<p>Recipe:</p>
<p>Boil the chard after washing and clean.</p>
<p>In a bowl combine all ingredients and stir.</p>
<p>In a baking dish put the paper and distribute the mixture.</p>
<p>Bake in oven for at least 30 minutes at 180°.</p>
