<p>Dato che è facile che sorgano dubbi su come smaltire il polistirolo e che spesso lo si butta via nel cassonetto dei rifiuti sbagliato, è importante sapere in quali modi bisogna eliminarlo correttamente sia per<strong> evitare sanzioni pecuniarie</strong> sia per <strong>salvaguardare l&#8217;ambiente</strong>.</p>
<p>Infatti il polistirolo, chiamato anche polistirene espanso sintetizzato (EPS) ed ottenuto dalla polimerizzazione dello stirene, <strong>non è biodegradabile</strong> e, essendo incline a sgretolarsi, può disperdersi nell&#8217;ecosistema (<a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.trucchidicasa.com/farmaci-scaduti-come-e-dove-smaltirli/">al pari dei farmaci scaduti buttati via nei rifiuti indifferenziati</a>) e rimanervi per millenni se ce ne si libera inadeguatamente.</p>

<p>Ti premetto, però, che in questo articolo troverai solo le indicazioni per effettuare lo smaltimento regolare dell&#8217;EPS (facilmente riconoscibile dalla sigla identificatrice<strong> PS</strong> con il munero<strong>  06</strong> e all&#8217;nterno del triangolino)  impiegato nella realizzazione di confezioni ed oggetti che vanno a contatto degli alimenti e di quello usato negli imballaggi di merci varie.</p>
<p>Lo devo specificare, perché esistono <strong>altri polistireni differenti dall&#8217;EPS</strong> ottenuto mediante polimerizzazione dello stirene.</p>
<p>Tali materiali, tra cui  il SAN, l&#8217;ABS, il GPPS e l&#8217;HIPS e facenti parte anch&#8217;essi della famiglia degli Stirenici ed usati prevalentemente nelle industrie, vanno quasi sempre raccolti in modi diversi da quelli previsti per il polistirolo per alimenti e da imballo ed <strong>anche a seconda della località in cui ci si trova</strong>.</p>
<p>Pertanto, se li si deve buttare via, sarà opportuno informarsi sul da farsi presso il <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.corepla.it/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Corepla</a> (Consorzio Nazionale per la Raccolta, il Riciclo e il Recupero degli Imballaggi in Plastica)</p>
<h2>Perché smaltire il polistirolo nei modi giusti</h2>
<p>Pur essendo atossico e riciclabile totalmente, il polistirolo è considerato dagli esperti <strong>il nemico numero uno dell&#8217;ambiente</strong>, perché &lt;&lt; <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://marevivo.it/blue-news/bluefishers-stop-al-polistirolo-in-mare-con-la-nuova-campagna-di-marevivo/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tra i rifiuti plastici analizzati, è il polimero in grado di assorbire e veicolare il maggior numero di contaminanti metallici </a>&gt;&gt; e &lt;&lt; <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.repubblica.it/green-and-blue/2021/03/24/news/polistirolo_resistente_e_leggero_ma_quanti_problemi_con_lo_smaltimento-293489347/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Una sola cassetta, quando finisce in mare e si sfalda, può produrre oltre un milione di microplastiche, che poi entrano nelle catene alimentari dei pesci e quindi di riflesso anche dell&#8217;uomo</a>&gt;&gt;.</p>
<p>Un recente studio di Corepla ha rilevato che il polistirene costituisce<strong> il 6% degli 11 rifiuti presenti in media in 1 mq di una spiaggia</strong> del Bel Paese (al pari della stessa percentuale di quelli costituiti dalle bottiglie in plastica per bevande).</p>
<p>Da quanto reso noto dall&#8217;associazione di settore<strong> AIPE</strong>,  in Italia vengono consumate annualmente in Italia circa 120.000 tonnellate di polistirene, il 50% delle quali finisce nelle discariche, mentre l&#8217;altro 50% viene sottoposto ai processi cosiddetti  “ <strong>di fine vita</strong> ”.</p>
<p>Tali processi di riciclo permettono un secondo utilizzo del materiale grazie alla generazione di un prodotto nuovo ed alla creazione di energia  elettrica per mezzo della combustione.</p>
<p>Il polistirene di riciclo, che aziende della filiera della plastica specializzate recuperano, frantumano, macinano, pressano e mischiano a polistirolo nuovo, viene poi riutilizzato in edilizia principalmente per alleggerire cementi e calcestruzzi e <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.trucchidicasa.com/consigli-per-migliorare-lisolamento-termico-in-casa-risparmiare-sulla-bolletta/">per coibentare le case</a>.</p>
<p>Il materiale <strong>isolant<em>e</em></strong><em>,</em> <strong>igroscopico</strong>,<strong> resistent</strong>e,<strong> ignifugo ed assai leggero</strong> viene anche riciclato nella produzione di nuovi imballaggi, stoviglie monouso,come sostituto del legno nella realizzazione di panche e recinti e in quella di grucce per vestiario e cassette video.</p>

<p>Esiste anche il “ cugino ”<strong> polistirolo estruso</strong> , contrassegnata dalla sigla XPS, più pesante e durevole dell&#8217;espanso e riutilizzato anch&#8217;esso per fare lastre impiegate nell&#8217;isolamento acustico e termico a “ cappotto “ degli edifici.</p>
<p>Poiché i polimeri plastici sono tra gli i<strong>nquinanti a più alto impatto ambientale</strong>, è fondamentale riciclarli quando sono recuperabili, come nel caso del polistirolo degli imballaggi e delle stoviglie monouso, per contrastare il sempre più allarmante fenomeno del <em>marine litter, </em>delle mutazioni climatiche e per tutelare il già fin troppo compromesso equilibrio dell&#8217;ecosistema.</p>
<h2>Come smaltire il polistirolo adeguatamente</h2>
<p>Per evitare di commettere errori nel buttarlo via, bisogna, innanzitutto, capire se di tratta di polistirorlo che è stato usato per il confezionamento o il consumo di cibi o se è stato prodotto per proteggere merci varie durante lo stoccaggio ed il trasporto.</p>
<p>È necessario, inoltre, <strong>tener conto della sua grandezza,</strong> perché non è detto che l&#8217;imballo di un televisore possa essere buttato via assieme al polistirolo in cui è stata confezionata la fettina ci carne.</p>
<h3>Smaltimento di piccoli oggetti ad uso alimentare in polistirolo</h3>
<p>Vaschette, vassoietti, piccoli contenitori, stoviglie, posate usa e getta ed altri manufatti in polistirolo che entrano in contatto con gli alimenti,di limitate dimensioni e che possono considerarsi di uso casalingo vanno eliminati <strong>nella raccolta differenziata assieme ella plastica</strong>.</p>

<p>Sarà pure necessario <strong>pulirli dei residui di cibo</strong> e rimuovere dagli stessi eventuali etichette in alluminio o in altri metalli ( che andranno smaltiti separatamente) prima di buttarceli dentro per non rischiare di infrangere la legge.</p>
<p>Tuttavia, bisogna essere a conoscenza anche del fatto che in parecchie città la raccolta della plastica viene attualmente effettuata anche assieme ad altri materiali nei <strong>cassonetti cosiddetti “ multimediali</strong> ”.</p>
<p>Perciò conviene informarsi presso il proprio comune per accertarsi eliminare il polistrtolo “ di cucina” senza fare sbagli.</p>
<h3>Smaltimento di imballi voluminosi in polistirolo</h3>
<p>Qualora si debbano smaltire imballi di maggiori dimensioni, le cose si complicano, dato che, sebbene il Corepla ritenga che il polistirolo, essendo un materiale plastico, debba essere smaltito assieme alla plastica , tale pratica  “ passa ” se l&#8217;imballo non è voluminoso, ma non viene accettata  dappertutto in Italia nel caso si tratti di rifiuti ingombranti.</p>
<p>Se nelle grandi città il polistirolo da imballo va eliminato al pari di quello alimentare nel bidone della plastica, in molti piccoli paesi (non attrezzati per effettuarne il riciclo) va buttato<strong> nel bidone della raccolta del secco  indifferenziato</strong>.</p>
<p>Tale discordanza disorienta gli utenti, che si confondono le idee invece che schiarirsele e che, quindi,<em> non sanno che pesci pigliare</em>.</p>
<h3>Smaltimento del polistirolo da parte di aziende</h3>
<p>Qualora sia un&#8217;azienda a dover liberarsene, il materiale dovrà essere smaltito <strong>al pari dei rifiuti speciali ingombranti</strong> e, di conseguenza, sarà necessario:</p>
<ul>
<li>Dotarsi di <strong>cassonetti appositi</strong> di dimensioni adeguate.</li>
<li>Chiedere che il ritiro del materiale venga effettuato dalla <strong>ditta incaricata</strong> del recupero dei rifiuti locali.</li>
</ul>
<p>Nel caso che il ritiro non sia previsto, bisognerà portare il polistirolo nei<strong> centri di raccolta</strong> del comune o nelle <strong>isole ecologiche</strong> (ove sono presenti).</p>
<p>Le ditte che producono poliestirene, a cui sono concessi fino a 12 mesi per effettuarne  lo smaltimento, sono tenute per legge a <strong>rispettarne la tracciabilità</strong> ed a conferire l&#8217;adeguato <strong>codice Cer</strong> (il 15.01.02 è quello appropriato per il polistirolo da imballo) al prodotto in base la processo che ha creato tale il rifiuto.</p>
<p>Oltre ad essere obbligate a tenere il <strong>registro di carico e scarico</strong>, sono responsabili dello smaltimento fino a quando conferiranno il materiale ad altre aziende che ne effettueranno lo smaltimento e consegneranno lo la <strong>quarta copia del FIR</strong>, ovvero del formulario identificativo dei rifiuti che ne “ scorta ” gli spostamenti.</p>
<h2>Dove informarsi</h2>
<p>A questo punto avrai capito che lo smaltimento del polistitolo non è poi così semplice come dovrebbe essere e che è facile cadere in trabocchetti se non si è del settore o non si consce qualcuno che lo sia.</p>
<p>Tuttavia enti ed aziende preposti alla raccolta dei rifiuti<strong> sono tenuti per legge ad informare i cittadini</strong> su come effettuare lo smaltimento dei vari materiali senza commettere errori.</p>

<p>Auspicando che la normativa si semplifichi, diventi chiara per tutti e venga adottata ovunque in Italia, non posso fare altro che fornirti le linee guida di massima riportate qui  e, se nutri ancora dei dubbi, ti consiglio di contattare  via <em>email</em> o, meglio ancora, per telefono:</p>
<ul>
<li>Corepla</li>
<li>il tuo comune di appartenenza</li>
<li>o l&#8217;azienda responsabile della raccolta differenziata nella zona dove abiti.</li>
</ul>
<p>Magari ti ci vorrà una decina di minuti prima di riuscire ad ottenere tutte le informazioni che desideri, ma sarà tempo ben speso se vuoi smaltire il polistirolo adeguatamente e salvaguardare il portafoglio ed il pianeta.</p>
<p>In ogni caso<strong>, non incenerire mai il polistirolo con il fai da te</strong>, dato che, se lo si facesse, si infrangerebbe la legge e si causerebbe il rilascio nell&#8217;aria di sostanze tossiche,come  il benzene, gas irritante che provoca patologie cardiache e e respiratorie.</p>

<p>Con l&#8217;avvicinarsi delle festività, nonostante sia sempre alla ricerca di piatti nuovi o rivisitazioni, non posso far a meno di quelli che costituiscono i capisaldi della nostra cultura gastronomica.</p>
<p>Ci parlano di noi, del nostro passato, degli usi e costumi del nostro paese, ci riportano indietro nel tempo rievocando, anche con il sol profumo, emozioni perdute e ricordi annebbiati&#8230;.un pò come accadeva a Marcel Proust con<i> les petites madeleines. </i></p>
<p><strong>La zuccata</strong> per me è uno di quei piatti.</p>
<p>Il  profumo lieve di cannella, mescolato a quello delle mele mi riporta indietro di tanti anni, quando ogni festa di calendario era l&#8217;occasione per rivedere parenti lontani e festeggiare con lunghe tavolate tra chiasso e risate.</p>
<p>Mi riporta bambina quando, già curiosa, assistevo mia nonna o mia mamma nella preparazione dei dolci, soprattutto in questo periodo o in quello natalizio.</p>
<p>Quindi, come sempre, quando parlo di ricette della tradizione regionale o, meglio ancora, paesana mi piace farlo insieme a coloro che, queste ricette, me le hanno fatte conoscere ed amare.</p>
<p>Pertanto, anche questa ricetta è a 6 mani e 3 generazioni!!!!</p>
<p>Ma&#8230;come ogni ricetta della nonna che si rispetti, le dosi precise neanche a parlarne!!!!<br />
Ci ho provato, lo giuro! Ma è stato inutile!!!</p>
<p>&#8220;<em>Nonna, per questo impasto quanta farina hai utilizzato</em>?&#8221; oppure &#8221; <em>quanta zucca hai cotto? E l&#8217;uvetta? E le mele?</em>&#8221; &#8211;<br />
&#8221; <em>Mah&#8230;dipende, da questo&#8230;da quello, la devi assaggiare, ti devi regolare tu!</em>&#8221;</p>

Pertanto, le dosi degli ingredienti &#8211; soprattutto quelle per il ripieno- sono molto approssimative, effettivamente dipende molto dal quantitativo di zucca e dai vostri gusti.</p>

        <span>Cuocere la zucca in forno e ricavare la polpa. Farla raffreddare.<br />
Mettere l&#8217;uvetta in acqua tiepida per farla reidratare.<br />
Sbucciare le mele, tagliarle a cubetti ed irrorarle con un pò di succo di limone.</span>    </div>

        <span>Preparare l&#8217;impasto.<br />
Può essere fatto nell’impastatrice o a mano, facendo una fontana con la farina ed al centro mettere l’olio, il sale, le uova e lavorare fino ad amalgamare il tutto. Se necessario (dipende dal tipo di farina utilizzata) aggiungere qualche cucchiaio di acqua tiepida.<br />
Continuare ad impastare fino a che l&#8217;impasto risulti liscio e sodo.<br />
Battere l’impasto sulla tavola, formare una palla e far riposare l’impasto coperto con un canovaccio, almeno per 30 min.</span>    </div>

        <span>In una capiente ciotola, versare la polpa della zucca, le mele, l&#8217;uvetta ben strizzata, lo zucchero, l&#8217;olio, la buccia del limone grattugiata e la cannella.<br />
Amalgamare il tutto ed assaggiare. Correggere secondo il gusto personale ( più o meno zucchero, più o meno cannella).</span>    </div>

        <span>Riprendere la pasta, dividerla a metà e stenderla con il mattarello molto sottilmente.<br />
Dividerlo in tre-quattro sezioni e procedere al riempimento. </p>

        <span>Arrotolare delicatamente, perché l&#8217;impasto è molto sottile ed il ripieno irregolare rischia di romperlo.</span>    </div>

        <span>Adagiare i filoncini su una placca da forno, spennellare con burro fuso e spolverizzare con zucchero e cannella.</span>    </div>

        <span>Forno elettrico: 160° per i primi 20 min., poi a 180° per far dorare, circa 10 min.<br />
Forno a legna:  300°-320° per i primi 20 minuti, poi far salire la temperatura fino a 400° per altri 15-20 minuti, fino a doratura.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Carnevale è una delle mie feste preferite assieme ad Halloween, sarà per i travestimenti buffi che si possono adottare e per gli scherzetti che si possono fare, sarà perchè ho così la scusa per pasticciare!<br />Ecco qui le Mascherine, quest&#8217;anno vegane, devo dire che sono piaciute moltissimo e come ricetta richiamano i <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://barbapasticcetti.blogspot.com/2018/12/biscotti-di-natale-con-farina-di-riso-e.html">Biscotti di Natale</a> che avevo postato a dicembre ma stavolta ne ho cambiato l&#8217;aspetto.</p>

<p><b><i><span>Ingredienti per circa 15 biscotti circa:</span></i></b><br />150 gr di farina di mais (la classica che si usa per la polenta)<br />150 gr di farina di riso<br />150 gr di zucchero di canna<br />120 ml di olio di semi di girasole<br />100 ml di acqua di rubinetto<br />1/2 bustina di lievito in polvere per dolci<br />1 limone grande (occorre la sua scorza)<br />farina 00 q.b. (aggiunta da me in quanto non presente nella ricetta originale)<br /><b><i><br /></i></b><b><i><span>Procedimento:</span></i></b><br />Amalgamare in una ciotola i due liquidi quindi olio ed acqua e mescolarli bene.<br />In una ciotola capiente o direttamente sul proprio piano da lavoro, porre la farina di riso assieme a quella di mais formando una fontana, nell&#8217;incavo centralo versare lo zucchero, il lievito e la scorza grattugiata finemente del limone, versare il composto di liquidi poco per volta lavorando gli ingredienti con le mani fino a formare un panetto omogeneo.<br />Se dovesse risultare non omogeneo, all&#8217;inizio infatti sarà granuloso e sembrerà non amalgamarsi, aggiungere in caso altra farina di riso.<br />Avvolgerlo in pellicola trasparente per alimenti, quindi farlo riposare in frigorifero una buona ora.<br />Passato il tempo, riprendere il panetto e con esso realizzare i pasticcini.<br />Stendere con il mattarello sulla tavola leggermente infarinata, porzioni di impasto e realizzare via via i biscottini, io ho utilizzato tagliapasta a forma di due tipi di mascherine.<br />Sull&#8217;altezza dei biscotti regolarsi a piacimento, io li preferisco altini quindi non meno di un cm di spessore per me.<br />Disporli ordinatamente distanziandoli leggermente gli uni dagli altri, su placche rivestite di carta da forno o da tappetini in silicone (come nel mio caso).<br />Accendere il forno, per me elettrico e l&#8217;ho selezionato sullo statico a 170°; regolarsi sempre però con le caratteristiche del proprio elettrodomestico.<br />A temperatura raggiunta, infornare una placca per volta e cuocere senza eccedere nella doratura, nel mio caso circa 15 minuti ogni infornata.<br />Quando cotti metterli a raffreddare su una gratella ed appena freddi decorarli a piacere.<br />Io ho realizzato la ghiaccia reale colorata; per farla potete cliccare sul link sottostante:<br /><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://barbapasticcetti.blogspot.com/2016/08/ricetta-della-ghiaccia-reale-golosa-e.html">https://barbapasticcetti.blogspot.com/2016/08/ricetta-della-ghiaccia-reale-golosa-e.html</a><br />Ho poi rifatto la ricetta più avanti, stavolta decorando le mascherine con cioccolata fondente fusa e zuccherini colorati.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Carnevale è una delle mie feste preferite assieme ad Halloween, sarà per i travestimenti buffi che si possono adottare e per gli scherzetti che si possono fare, sarà perchè ho così la scusa per pasticciare!<br />Ecco qui le Mascherine, quest&#8217;anno vegane, devo dire che sono piaciute moltissimo e come ricetta richiamano i <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://barbapasticcetti.blogspot.com/2018/12/biscotti-di-natale-con-farina-di-riso-e.html">Biscotti di Natale</a> che avevo postato a dicembre ma stavolta, ho modificato leggermente alcune quantità e non ho utilizzato per nulla la farina 00.</p>

<p><b><i><span><br /></span></i></b><b><i><span>Ingredienti per circa 15/20 biscotti:</span></i></b><br />200 gr di farina di mais (la classica che si usa per la polenta)<br />180 gr di farina di riso<br />150 gr di zucchero di canna<br />100 ml di olio di semi di girasole<br />80 ml di acqua di rubinetto<br />2 cucchiaini di lievito in polvere per dolci<br />1 limone grande (occorre la sua scorza)<br /><b><i><br /></i></b><b><i><span>Procedimento:</span></i></b><br />Amalgamare in una ciotola i due liquidi quindi olio ed acqua e mescolarli bene.<br />In una ciotola capiente o direttamente sul proprio piano da lavoro, porre la farina di riso assieme a quella di mais formando una fontana, nell&#8217;incavo centralo versare lo zucchero, il lievito e la scorza grattugiata finemente del limone, versare il composto di liquidi poco per volta lavorando gli ingredienti con le mani fino a formare un panetto omogeneo.<br />Avvolgerlo in pellicola trasparente per alimenti, quindi farlo riposare in frigorifero una buona ora.<br />Passato il tempo, riprendere il panetto e con esso realizzare i pasticcini.<br />Stendere con il mattarello sulla tavola leggermente infarinata, porzioni di impasto e realizzare via via i biscottini, io ho utilizzato tagliapasta a forma di due tipi di mascherine.<br />Sull&#8217;altezza dei biscotti regolarsi a piacimento, io li preferisco altini quindi non meno di un cm di spessore per me.<br />Disporli ordinatamente distanziandoli leggermente gli uni dagli altri, su placche rivestite di carta da forno o da tappetini in silicone (come nel mio caso).<br />Accendere il forno, per me elettrico e l&#8217;ho selezionato sullo statico a 170°; regolarsi sempre però con le caratteristiche del proprio elettrodomestico.<br />A temperatura raggiunta, infornare una placca per volta e cuocere senza eccedere nella doratura, nel mio caso circa 15 minuti ogni infornata.<br />Quando cotti metterli a raffreddare su una gratella ed appena freddi decorarli a piacere.<br />Io ho realizzato la ghiaccia reale colorata; per farla potete cliccare sul link sottostante:<br /><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://barbapasticcetti.blogspot.com/2016/08/ricetta-della-ghiaccia-reale-golosa-e.html">https://barbapasticcetti.blogspot.com/2016/08/ricetta-della-ghiaccia-reale-golosa-e.html</a></p>

<p><b><i><span>Ingredienti per i biscotti con farina di riso:</span></i></b><br />300 gr di farina di riso<br />120 ml di acqua<br />100 zucchero semolato<br />60 ml di olio di semi di girasole<br />1 limone grande (occorre la sua scorza)<br />1/2 bustina di lievito in polvere per dolci</p>
<p><b><i><span>Procedimento:</span></i></b><br />Amalgamare in una ciotola i due liquidi quindi olio ed acqua e mescolarli bene.<br />In una ciotola capiente o direttamente sul proprio piano da lavoro, porre la farina di riso formando una fontana quindi nell&#8217;incavo centralo versare lo zucchero, il lievito e la scorza grattugiata finemente del limone, versare il composto di liquidi poco per volta lavorando gli ingredienti con le mani fino a formare un panetto omogeneo.<br />Avvolgerlo in pellicola trasparente per alimenti, quindi farlo riposare in frigorifero una buona ora.<br />Passato il tempo, riprendere il panetto e con esso realizzare i pasticcini di forma a piacere.<br />Stendere con il mattarello sulla tavola leggermente infarinata, porzioni di impasto e realizzare via via i biscottini, io ho utilizzato tagliapasta a fiocco di neve, pupazzino di neve, omino di zenzero, calzetta della Befana ed albero di Natale.<br />Sull&#8217;altezza dei biscotti regolarsi a piacimento, io li preferisco altini quindi non meno di un cm di spessore per me.<br />Disporli ordinatamente distanziandoli leggermente gli uni dagli altri, su placche rivestite di carta da forno o da tappetini in silicone (come nel mio caso).<br />Accendere il forno, io l&#8217;ho selezionato sullo statico a 170°; regolarsi sempre però con le caratteristiche del proprio elettrodomestico.<br />A temperatura raggiunta, infornare una placca per volta e cuocere senza eccedere nella doratura, nel mio caso circa 15 minuti ogni infornata.<br />Quando cotti metterli a raffreddare su una gratella ed appena freddi decorarli a piacere.</p>

<p><b><i><span>Ingredienti per i biscotti con la farina di riso e di mais per polenta:</span></i></b><br />150 farina di mais (la classica che si usa per la polenta)<br />150 di farina di riso<br />150 di zucchero di canna<br />120 ml di olio di semi di girasole<br />100 ml di acqua di rubinetto<br />1/2 bustina di lievito in polvere per dolci<br />1 limone grande (occorre la sua scorza)<br />farina 00 q.b. (aggiunta da me in quanto non presente nella ricetta originale)</p>
