<p>INGREDIENTI x 2<br />un trito di carota,sedano e cipolla<br />1 cucchiaio colmo di olio evo<br />350g.pomodoro passato<br />sale q.b<br />600g.trippa (lavata e tagliata a pezzi piccoli<br />500g.spinaci (appassiti in padella<br />2 cucchiai di pecorino romano grattugiato<br />pizzico di peperoncino</p>
