<p>Lievitazione 8 ore poi ho fatto panetti e ho lasciato rilievitare in ciotole coperte da pellicola  per 2 ore. </p></div>

<div dir="auto">Poi ho messo la passata di pomodoro, </div>
<div dir="auto">un giro di olio a filo sale e in forno statico</div>
<div dir="auto"> a 230/250 per 15/20 minuti </div>
<div dir="auto">(mozzarella negli ultimi  3/4 minuti ) . </div>
