<p>Ingredienti</p>
<p>250 gr farina 0<br />250 gr farina manitoba<br />1 cubetto lievito<br />300 ml acqua tiepida<br />30 ml olio<br />sale<br />1 cucch.no malto</p>
<p>Lavorate bene gli ingredienti nella planetaria con il gancio impastatore per qualche minuto, poi fate lievitare in una ciotola oliata (cella di lievitazione 28° C) per 1 ora e mezza.</p>
<p>Dopo la lievitazione dividete in 8 parti uguali e stendetele con le mani dando una forma rotonda sulla placca da forno foderata e lasciate lievitare altri 40 minuti.</p>

<p>Fate cuocere in forno caldo 250° C per 5 minuti.</p>
