<p><span><b><u>Preparazione del riso venere x 2 persone:</u></b></span><br /><b><u><br /></u></b><span>200 gr di riso io ho utilizzato il Riso Cascina Alberona &#8211; Mortara PV</span></p>
<p><span>400 ml di acqua</span></p>
<p><span>Vaso weck da 1 litro</span><br /><span><br />Mettere riso e acqua nel vasetto, chiudere bene e avviare per 5 minuti alla potenza testata, con l&#8217;aiuto di 2 canovacci agitare il vasetto per mescolare il riso e riavviare la cottura per 5 minuti a metà potenza, dopodiché lasciar riposare il vasetto per 20 minuti per ultimare la cottura. Io dico la trippa. Perché non esiste regione e neppure provincia, che non abbia una sua versione. Vi parlerò ora di una versione della mia terra. La Lomellina e il Pavese. La trippa in brodo. Che oltre a saziare la fame, aveva il compito di scaldarti, negli umidi e freddi inverni della pianura Padana. Trippa, carote, cipolle, sedano, alloro. Innanzitutto sciacquare la trippa con <span>ittico di verdure, aggiungere la trippa, l&#8217;alloro e acqua a coprire. Chiudere in pentola a pressione (perché ammorbidisce meglio la carne) e far cuocere per un ora e mezza. Poi scoprire la pentola e far bollire ancora a fuoco lento, fino ad addensare il brodo a piacimento. In ogni caso, non più di mezz&#8217;ora. Riempire il piatto, un bicchiere di buon rosso e buon appetito. Come dicevo, le ricette a base di trippa, sono quasi infinite. Quindi, vi invitiamo, a postare la vostra e taggarci.</span></div>
