<div>Quando non ero ancora una food blogger (e quindi poco più di 5 anni fa), mia madre preparava spesso le <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://latavolaallegra.blogspot.it/2014/12/pizzelle-fritte-napoletane.html" target="_blank"><b>PIZZELLE NAPOLETANE</b></a> e mi piacevano da morire allora e ancor di più oggi, così che ogni tanto le realizzo anch&#8217;io.</div>

<div>Questa volta ho voluto cambiare un po&#8217; il condimento, sostituendo il formaggio grattugiato con la mozzarella a cubetti e aggiungendo le <b>Olive Nere Leccino Denocciolate all&#8217;Abruzzese</b> dell&#8217;azienda <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.ficacci.com/" target="_blank"><b>Ficacci</b></a>&#8230; Inutile dire che erano squisite e <span>sono andate a ruba nel giro di 20 minuti!</span> Vi consiglio di provarle, non ve ne pentirete! ;-)</div>

<div>INGREDIENTI (PER 10 PIZZE FRITTE):</div>
<div>-350 gr. <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.molinopetrucci.com/" target="_blank"><b>Farina 0 Molino Petrucci</b></a></div>

<div>-25 gr. lievito di birra fresco</div>
<div>-310 ml acqua tiepida</div>
<div>-40 gr. zucchero</div>
<div>-20 gr. sale</div>

<div><b>Per Farcire:</b></div>
<div>-400 gr. polpa di pomodoro</div>
<div>-170 gr. <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.ficacci.com/" target="_blank"><b>Olive Nere Leccino Denocciolate all&#8217;Abruzzese Ficacci</b></a></div>
<div>-180 gr. mozzarella</div>
<div>-sale, origano q.b.</div>

<div>PREPARAZIONE:</div>
<div>In una ciotola capiente mettete le due farine e mescolatele con un cucchiaio. Al centro praticate un buco dove andrete a  posizionare il lievito di birra fresco sbriciolato. Sciogliete  quest’ultimo con un po’ di acqua tiepida e successivamente aggiungete lo  zucchero, il sale e l’olio extravergine d’oliva.</div>
<div>Mescolate gli ingredienti aggiungendo gradatamente tutta l’acqua tiepida e iniziate ad impastare sul piano del tavolo infarinato fino a quando l’impasto diventa soffice ed elastico (ci vorranno circa 10 minuti).</div>
<div>Rimettete quindi l’impasto nella ciotola infarinata, coprite con uno strofinaccio umido e ponete a lievitare in un luogo caldo fino al raddoppio di volume (circa 1 ora e mezza). Trascorso questo tempo, riprendete l’impasto e dividetelo in 10 palline di misura uguale.</div>
<div>Stendete ciascuna parte con le mani appiattendo leggermente e ponete nuovamente a lievitare per circa 20 minuti. Nel frattempo condite la polpa di pomodoro con un filo d’olio, un pizzico di sale e mezzo cucchiaino di zucchero.</div>
<div>Friggete le pizze in abbondante olio di semi, scolatele su carta assorbente e condite con la polpa di pomodoro, le <b>Olive Nere Leccino Denocciolate all&#8217;Abruzzese</b> e la mozzarella tagliata a cubetti. Spolverizzate con un po’ di origano e servite subito.</div>
<div>Ottime anche tiepide ma, se lo gradite, <u>potete ripassare le pizze  fritte in forno</u> per per un paio di minuti, per far diventare filante la  mozzarella.&nbsp;</div>
