<p>INGREDIENTI</p>
<p><span>200g.farina Manitoba <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.orsilimolino.it/home/index.php/le-nostre-farine/farina-per-la-casalinga">Molino Orsili</a></span><br /><span>200g. farina Mix <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.orsilimolino.it/home/index.php/le-nostre-farine/farina-per-la-casalinga">Molino Orsili</a></span><br /><span>20g.lievito<br />120g.sugna</span><br /><span>2 cucchiaini di pepe nero macinato<br />150g.mandorle &#8230;.non pelate<br />15g sale<br />un pizzico di zucchero</span></p>
<p><span>Procedimento:<br />iniziamo col fare un panetto con 50g.farina,lievito,zucchero e qb.di acqua per<br />formare un panetto&#8230;..che metteremo a lievitare per un paio di ore&#8230;.<br />Una volta fatto cio&#8217;&#8230;.mettiamo nell&#8217;impastatrice&nbsp;</span><span>(o</span><span>altro&#8230;volendo<br />anche a mano) la restante farina,il panetto spezzettato,sugna,pepe,<br />circa 80g.acqua e infine il sale&#8230;impastate il tutto e poi unite le mandorle<br />spezzettate&#8230;..</span><br /><span>rimettete il tutto a lievitare altre 2 ore&#8230;..poi appiattite l&#8217;imp</span><span>asto&#8230;.lo<br />stendete a rettangolo e formate delle strisce&#8230;non lunghissime..<br />intrecciatene 2 e formate mini &nbsp;treccine!!</span><span><br />Appoggiatele su una placca da forno e poi infornate a 180° x circa 25/30&#8242;<br />State attente&#8230;a non farle bruciare&#8230;regolatevi co</span><span>n i vs forn</span><span>i!!</span></p>
