<p>INGREDIENTI<br />In una capace casseruola&#8230;<br />Preparare un sugo,rosolando salsicce in olio,un pezzetto di cipolla tritata , passata<br />sale,pepe e basilico.Portare a cottura,estrarre salsicce e tagliuzzarle molto finemente!<br />Cuocere la pasta per meno della meta&#8217; del tempo di cottura e versarla grondante d&#8217;acqua<br />nella casseruola con sugo,mescolare ed unire(a fiamma media) il fiordilatte a tocchetti,parmigiano<br />la salsiccia e le melanzane,rimescolare il tutto, &nbsp;incoperchiare e smuovere diverse volte la<br />casseruola x i circa 10&#8242; di cottura che ci vorranno!!<br />Vi assicuro che..anche se non avrete una gratinatura da forno,lo stesso avrete una pasta<br />slupposa al massimo!!</p>
