<div>A conclusione del corso di Riflessologia plantare armonica guidata da Loredana Leonforte (http://www.associazioneglielementi.it/), grazie ai suoi preziosi suggerimenti ho fatto entrare la Medicina Tradizionale Cinese nella mia cucina ed oltre a divertirmi nel pensare ad accostamenti nuovi ho imparato che ancora una volta a tavola ci si può curare e conoscendoci un po&#8217; più a fondo possiamo mangiare ciò che ci aiuta se abbiamo un elemento in disequilibrio.</div>
<div>Allo stesso tempo possiamo capire anche quale elemento andiamo a rinforzare in modo inconscio quando ci attira il dolce, il salato, il piccante etc.&nbsp;</div>
