<p>Si tratta di enormi bignè che vengono cotti nello stampo per i muffins e con il calore del forno assumono la caratteristica forma &#8220;/redirect.php?URL=a fungo&#8221;.</p>
<p>Sono una nuvola di gusto che , ad ogni morso, ci pervade e arriva sino al cervello.</p>
<p>&nbsp;Pensate che stia esagerando ? provateli !! sono facilissimi !!</p>
<p>L&#8217;impasto è classico dei bigne&#8217; ma con dosi lievemente diverse dal solito. Io ho usato il Bimby ma , ovviamente, si possono impastare a mano. di seguito entrambi i procedimenti.</p>

<div><span><b>Procedimento per i bignè ( io nel Bimby)</b></span></div>

<div><span>M</span><span><span>etti nel boccale l&#8217;acqua, il sale e il burro.&nbsp;</span><span>10 Min. 100° Vel. 3</span><span>.</span><br /><span>Aggiungi la farina e impasta finché non si stacca bene dalle pareti.&nbsp;</span><span>20 Sec. Vel. 4</span><span>&nbsp;.</span><br /><span>Fare raffreddare bene l&#8217;impasto.</span><br /><span>Aggiungere le uova, una alla volta.&nbsp;</span><span>40 Sec. Vel. 6</span><span>.</span></span></div>

<div><span>l<br /><span>Con un cucchiaio riempire a metà i pirottini di carta precedentemente messi in uno stampo per muffins.</span>
<div><span><span>Preriscaldare il forno a 200°, inserire la teglia e abbassare la temperatura a 180° e cuocere per 40 minuti . La pasta choux crescerà molto in volume per acquisire la forma tipica di un cavolfiore.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Lasciare asciugare i bigne&#8217; dentro il forno spento con lo sportello semi aperto.</span></span></div>

<div><b>Procedimento per i bignè MANUALE :</b></div>
<div>in una pentola portare a bollore l&#8217;acqua, il burro, la vaniglia e il pizzico di sale</div>
<div>togliere dal fuoco e incorporare la farina mescolando energicamente sino a che diventerà un impasto liscio e omogeneo</div>
<div>rimettere la pentola con l&#8217;impasto sul fuoco e cuocere, a fuoco basso, mescolando energicamente, sino a che il composto si staccherà dalle pareti</div>
<div>togliere dal fuoco e fare intiepidire</div>
<div>aggiungere le uova, una alla volta, dopo che il precedente sarà completamente assorbito dall&#8217;impasto</div>
<div>l&#8217;impasto deve avere la consistenza di una crema pasticcera</div>
<div><span>Con un cucchiaio riempire a metà i pirottini di carta precedentemente messi in uno stampo per muffins.</span></div>
