<li><span>330 g di farina tipo 0</span></li>
<li><span>175 g di zucchero semolato</span></li>
<li><span>80 g di acqua</span></li>
<li><span>100 g di gherigli di noce</span></li>
<li><span>20 g di zucchero a velo</span></li>
<li><span>40 g di arancia candita&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>8 g di lievito in polvere</span></li>
<li><span>un pizzico di anice, noce moscata e cannella in polvere</span></li>

<div><span>Facciamo sciogliere lo&nbsp;zucchero semolato con l&#8217;acqua in un tegame a fuoco basso. Non dobbiamo fare caramellare, ma soltanto sciogliere lo zucchero.</span></div>
<div><span>Ottenuto uno sciroppo, versiamolo in un recipiente &nbsp;in cui avremo preventivamente messo tutti gli altri ingredienti (farina, noci, zucchero a velo, canditi, lievito e aromi) e amalgamiamo.</span></div>
<div><span>Formiamo tante palline con le mani, infariniamole e disponiamole su una placca foderata con carta forno.</span></div>
<div><span>Cuociamo per circa 15 minuti (i tempi dipendono sempre dal vostro forno) a circa 170°C.</span></div>
<div><span>Lasciamo raffreddare su una gratella prima di servire.</span></div>
