Quest&#8217;anno ho deciso </b></i></span><br /><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a><span><i><b>di affrontare questa missione quasi impossibile e di preparare in casa il Panettone, ovviamente consapevole che non può essere come quello industriale ma certamente più genuino. Non è stato semplice, nè cercare tra le tante ricette che circolano nel web quella che più si avvicina al mio pensiero nè la preparazione che risulta molto lunga ma il risultato per me è stato sorprendente, dopo tanto lavoro però vi garantisco è stata una grande soddisfazione.&nbsp;&nbsp;</b></i></span><br />

<div>Ed eccomi tornare con una seconda ricetta per l&#8217;ammorbidente fatto in casa!.. Chi mi conosce sa che amo la biancheria profumata. Adoro il bucato steso al sole che profuma di buono! Di pulito.<br />D&#8217;inverno uso spesso l&#8217;asciugatrice e certamente i capi restano morbidissimi ma per fortuna siamo ancora nella bella stagione e nulla è come sentire il profumo del bucato steso al sole. <br /><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a>Anche i capi stesi hanno un loro fascino. Più di una volta hanno rapito il mio sguardo, tanto da fotografali.<br />So che l&#8217;uso dell&#8217;ammorbidente è piuttosto soggettivo e molti sono contrari e non lo usano, ma forse l&#8217;ammorbidente fatto in casa o &#8220;/redirect.php?URL=homemade&#8221; resta una valida alternativa.<br />Ci sono davvero parecchie ricette sul web, e principalmente gli ingredienti restano sempre: aceto, bicarbonato di sodio, oli essenziali per il profumo e acido citrico, che però in questa ricetta non compare. Avevo già preparato il mio primo ammorbidente fatto in casa col Bimby, trovate la ricetta <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://cinziaaifornelli.blogspot.com/2015/03/ammorbidente-fatto-in-casa-col-bimby.html" target="_blank">QUI</a>. Questa è un&#8217;alternativa, forse dal profumo più intenso per via dell&#8217;aceto&#8230; Sull&#8217;economico non dico nulla, perché se si usano prodotti di qualità, la preparazione di questo ammorbidente casalingo a conti fatti, forse costa più di un ammorbidente anche di marca. Ovviamente il bicarbonato di sodio è l&#8217;ingrediente più economico, ma avendo usato l&#8217;aceto di mele e non il classico, il costo è un poco più elevato, ma direi che ne è valsa la pena. Mi piace sempre sperimentare nuove ricette, anche se questa non è proprio di cucina, ma una ricetta, come avrebbe detto mia nonna, che riguarda l&#8217;economia domestica.<br />Potete usare anche l&#8217;aceto comune, sicuramente in questo modo oltre ad ottenere un ammorbidente più naturale rispetto a quello prodotto a livello industriale, sarà anche più economico parlando di spesa.</p>
<div><b>AMMORBIDENTE HOMEMADE&nbsp;</b></div>
<div><b><i>seconda ricetta!</i></b></div>

<div>100 gr di bicarbonato di sodio&nbsp;</div>
<div>200 ml di acqua bollente&nbsp;</div>
<div>500 ml di aceto di mele (normale se preferite)</div>
<div>15&nbsp; gocce di olio essenziale&nbsp;</div>
<div>(lavanda o altro a scelta)</div>

<div>Fate bollire l&#8217;acqua, spegnete il fuoco e poi unite prima il bicarbonato di sodio e poi l&#8217;aceto di mele. Mescolando farà reazione chimica e vi sembrerà che la sostanza frigga. Poi lasciate riposare 10 &#8211; 15 minuti e aggiungete le gocce di olio essenziale scelto.&nbsp;</div>
<div>Travasare l&#8217;ammorbidente fatto in casa in un flacone vuoto o in una bottiglia di vetro, l&#8217;importante è che abbia il tappo, così che, ogni volta che l&#8217;usate, possiate agitarlo leggermente prima dell&#8217;uso.&nbsp;</div>
<div>Usatelo esattamente come usate l&#8217;altro ammorbidente, con la differenza che noterete la vaschetta più pulita!&nbsp;</div>

Lo scorso fine settimana abbiamo già guardato il DVD natalizio con la raccolta della avventure di TOPOLINO e Co. &nbsp;A riempire ancora di più l&#8217;atmosfera, la compilation natalizia su CD &#8211; comprato da TIGER costo 1 euro. IO e Lorenzo ascoltiamo il CD ad oltranza e balliamo come pazzi.</p>

<p><b>#recipe</b><br />La produzione di&nbsp;<b>Liquore al Cioccolato</b>&nbsp;è un MUST. Lavorando di anticipo abbiamo abbastanza tempo per fare diversi abbinamenti: cioccolato&amp;caffè &#8211; cioccolato&amp;zenzero &#8211; cioccolato&amp;rhum. Il liquore si conserva benissimo sia fuori sia dentro il frigo. &nbsp;</div>

<div><b>LIQUORE AL CIOCCOLATO &#8211; BASIC</b></div>
<div><b>ingredienti&nbsp;</b></div>
<div>1 litro di latte intero<br />700 g di zucchero<br />1 bustina di vanillina<br />160 g di cacao amaro<br />300 ml di alcol</p>
<p>In un pentolino scaldare il latte e aggiungere poco alla volta lo zucchero, mescolando fino a farlo sciogliere bene. Aggiungere la vanillina e il cacao setacciato. Lasciare su fiamma bassa per circa mezz&#8217;ora senza far raggiungere il bollore. Lasciare raffreddare e aggiungere per ultimo l&#8217;alcol.<br />Imbottigliare e lasciare riposare per 2 settimane prima di consumarlo. Prima di servire sbattere la bottiglia perché la parte alcolica tende a separarsi da quella cremosa.</div>
