<p>&nbsp;Dovendo ridurre drasticamente il consumo di sale &#8230;sono andata alla ricerca di alternative<br />al suo&nbsp; normale utilizzo&nbsp; e momentaneamente&nbsp; ho trovato un valido aiuto in questo miscuglio..<br />Per insaporire verdure,carne,pesce e perche&#8217; no&#8230;anche la pasta con verdure,legumi,ortaggi,<br />bastera&#8217; aumentare o diminuire le dosi!!</p>
<p>INGREDIENTI<br />6 cucchiai di semi di sesamo<br />1 cucchiaio di sale integrale</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />In una padella tostare i semi di sesamo,poi raffreddarli e unire il sale,<br />tritare il tutto e conservare in un contenitore !!!</p>

<div><span>Nella stessa padella tostate anche il sale.</span></div>
<p>
<div><span>Frullateli assieme non troppo finemente e versate il vostro gomasio in un contenitore ermetico. Potete usarlo per insaporire più piatti, dal riso alle verdure.</span></div>
