<div>Il colore della <b>Golden</b> va dal giallo-verde al giallo dorato; è una varietà medio-grande ed allungata,&nbsp; succosa, dolce, aromatica e delicatamente aspra.</div>
<div>Si addice al consumo da cruda, ma anche cotta o al forno, nonché per la preparazione di diversi dessert, macedonie, strudel, torte, cocktails e composte.</div>

<p><b><u>Ingredienti per circa 25-30 biscotti:</u></b><br />150 gr di farina senza glutine<br />100 gr di farina di mandorle<br />60 gr di zucchero semolato<br />½ cucchiaino di lievito in polvere senza glutine<br />2 uova<br />120 gr di burro<br />2 mele <b><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.vip.coop/it/mele-prodotti/golden/7-16.html">Golden Delicious Val Venosta</a></b></p>
<p><b><u>Preparazione:</u></b><br />Rimuovere la buccia e rimuovere i semi interni delle mele e tagliarle a dadini.<br />In una ciotola unire le farine con lo zucchero e il lievito e mescolare con un cucchiaio.<br />Poi unire le 2 uova sbattute con il burro morbido e i pezzettini di mela.</p>

<p>Mescolare con un cucchiaio di legno e una volta ottenuto un impasto omogeneo con un cucchiaio formare delle palline circa grandi come una noce da posizionare sulla teglia rivestita di carta forno tenendole distanziate perché durante la cottura l&#8217;impasto si allargherà.<br />Far cuocere i biscottini per circa 20 minuti nel forno già caldo a 180°C in modalità ventilato.</p>

Pasta sfoglia<br />
350 g<br />
Mele Golden Delicious<br />
2<br />
Burro<br />
10 g<br />
Zucchero<br />
30 g<br />
Uva sultanina<br />
50 g<br />
Cannella<br />
1 cucchiaio<br />
Tagliate le mele a cubetti e mettete l&#8217;uva ad ammollare in acqua calda. Sciogliete il burro in un pentolino, aggiungete le mele e fatele dorare. Unite lo zucchero, l&#8217;uva e la cannella. Lasciate intiepidire.<br />
Tirate sottilmente la pasta sfoglia e ricavatene 12 quadrati. Sovrapponete 2 quadrati di sfoglia.<br />
Adagiate sopra una parte del ripieno di mele e coprite con una terza sfoglia: vi consigliamo di bucare leggermente la superficie per permettere di far fuoriuscire il vapore in cottura.   Ripetete la stessa operazione fino a completare gli ingredienti. Cuocete a 200 °C per circa 12 minuti, potete servite caldi o tiepidi<br />

<p><u><strong>Ingredienti:</strong></u></p>
<ul>
<li>Succo di ½ arancia</li>
<li>½ Mela Golden Delicious Val Venosta</li>
<li>¼ Mela Gala Val Venosta</li>
<li>Succo di 2 carote</li>
<li>3 – 4 cucchiaini di miele</li>
<li>1 pezzetto di zenzero</li>
<li>3 – 4 gocce di aceto balsamico in glassa</li>
<li>Succo di 1 lime</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><u><strong>Procedimento:</strong></u></p>
<p>Mettere nel blender ½ Mela Golden Delicious Val Venosta e ¼ Mela Gala Val Venosta tagliate a pezzetti, il succo di 1 lime e di ½ arancia e di 2 carote. Infine aggiungere 1 pezzetto di zenzero.</p>
<p>Frullare il tutto e versare nel bicchiere di servizio, aggiungendo una fettina di lime come decorazione e qualche goccia di aceto balsamico in glassa.</p>
