Il 14 giugno verrà inaugurato il Serravalle Retail Park, grande novità, l’ampliamento con il quale si raggiungerà una superficie di 40000 mq, in cui troveremo negozi, uno spazio artigianale-produttivo, una Food Court che arricchirà l’offerta della ristorazione.

Una nuova area con uno spazio ad hoc per i bambini, seicento nuovi posti auto, una Smart Square digitale per consentire ai clienti di usufruire del wifi, ricaricare i dispositivi, assistere attraverso uno schermo alla proiezione di video, musica, promozione di prodotti, insomma un’offerta più che ricca.

Per l’inaugurazione è stato organizzato un evento unico e particolare, la preparazione della focaccia più lunga del mondo che verrà anche inserita nel Guinness dei primati mondiale, con la proclamazione nella sera stessa.

E’ tutto pronto ormai, Cibus sta per aprire le sue porte per accogliere le migliaia di visitatori che si riverseranno tra i padiglioni, curiosi di conoscere le nuove proposte e scoprire le nuove tendenze del food.

Questa edizione, in particolare, si prefigge l’obiettivo di essere un osservatorio privilegiato sull’innovazione, tanto da dedicarle un intero padiglione, il numero 4.1 che ospiterà il “Cibus Innovation Corner“, per presentare più di 1000 prodotti previsti.

Aumentano anche i top chef che si alterneranno sui palchi degli stand presenti, alla ricerca di modi creativi per cucinare i nuovi prodotti del panorama alimentare, grazie alle nuove “Food Court“, spazi dedicati alla degustazione e show cooking dei prodotti tipici italiani.
