<p>Sbollentate per un minuto le fave sgusciate e togliete la scorzetta esterna (questo passaggio è facoltativo, io lo faccio per i miei gusti personali).</p>

<p>Fate rosolare in una casseruola con oilio extravergine sia le fave che i porri. Mettete il coperchio a fiamma dolce in modo che i porri rilascino la loro umidità. Salate e pepate. Aggiungete qualche pomodorino secco che darà la nota sapida al piatto. Fatto! Basteranno 15/20 minuti di cottura e avrete pronto un gustosissimo contorno o un piatto unico se lo abbinate ad un crostone di pane tostaro e del formaggio filante sopra!</p>
