<div><span><span><i>PREPARA L’IMPASTO:</i></span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Inserisci nel boccale il latte, il sale, lo zucchero e il lievito (anche congelato) imposta 1 min. 40° vel 2. Poi 10 sec. Vel. 5.</span></span><br /><span><span>Aggiungi l’olio, l&#8217;uovo e le farine,imposta 3 min. vel Spiga.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Togli dal boccale, forma una palla con le mani e inserisci in un contenitore, con un coltello forma la croce, copri con un canovaccio di cotone e una coperta in pile o lana.</span></span></div>

<div><span><span>In una padella inserisci 3-4 cubetti di spinaci surgelati, uno spicchio d’aglio tagliato a pezzettini, 2 bicchieri di acqua, sale.&nbsp;</span></span><br /><span><span>Cuoci a fuoco medio, quando gli spinaci si saranno scongelati continua la cottura per 5 minuti.</span></span></div>

<div><span><span>Stendi l’impasto abbastanza sottile sul piano di lavoro aiutandoti con della farina.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Taglia dei rettangoli con la grandezza che preferisci e inizia a farcire al centro inserendo il formaggio + salume o spinaci.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Arrotola e chiudi bene con le dita, poi schiaccia leggermente il rotolo ottenuto con il mattarello, incidi 3 o 4 tagli obliqui sulla superficie.</span></span></div>
