<div><span>Sciogliere in un bicchiere con acqua tiepida il lievito di birra</span></div>
<div><span>In una ciotola mettere la farina e lo strutto e il lievito sciolto e amalgamare un po’ il tutto.</span></div>
<div><span>Dopo aver preso un po’di consistenza mettere il sale ed il pepe.</span></div>
<div><span>Lavorate energicamente la pasta con le mani e un po’ alla volta unite le mandorle.</span></div>
<div><span>Fare dei serpenti di pasta, attorcigliateli su se stessi &nbsp;dando la forma tipica dei taralli.</span></div>
<div><span>Metterli su una teglia ricoperta con la carta forno e far lievitare per un’ora e mezza.</span></div>

<div><span>Infornate per mezz’ora in forno preriscaldato a 180 gradi.&nbsp;</span></div>
