<p>Ne è passato di tempo dall&#8217;ultimo post, chi mi segue su <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.facebook.com/f4odblog/" target="_blank">Facebook</a> forse non lo avrà notato (tengo la pagina più aggiornata rispetto al blog perchè più semplice da gestire), purtroppo però non riesco a scrivere senza ispirazione e la mia creatività ne risente, quindi mi sono dedicata alla ricerca di nuove ricette che potessero stimolarmi nuovamente a spadellare.<br />
<span></span><strong>Mi sono imbattuta in diverse ricette con le patate che mi hanno incuriosita e come al solito tra le mille varianti trovate su internet, ho deciso di farne una versione tutta mia.</strong><br />
Quindi eccovi queste deliziose patate dolci speziate, facilissime da preparare, le potrete servire ai vostri amici durante un aperitivo, potrete gustarle come snack davanti alla tv oppure ascoltando questo <em>bellissimo</em> pezzo di <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iiKYgHYb2o" target="_blank">Edward Sharp &amp; the magnetic Zeros</a>.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredienti</strong>:<br />
• 2 patate dolci<br />
• 2 cipollotti freschi<br />
• mezzo cucchiaino di paprica dolce<br />
• mezzo cucchiaino di curcuma<br />
• mezzo cucchiaino di noce moscata<br />
• sale marino affumicato<br />
• cumino q.b.<br />
• origano q.b.<br />
• rosmarino q.b.<br />
• maggiorana q.b.<br />
• salvia q.b.<br />
• alloro q.b.<br />
• mix di pepe macinato q.b.<br />
• olio evo q.b.</p>
<p><strong>Preparazione</strong>:<br />
Lavate le patate e tagliatele a spicchi con tutta la buccia.<br />
Mettetele in una grande terrina e versatevi sopra tutte le spezie e gli aromi.<br />
Aggiungete il sale, l&#8217;olio, il pepe macinato e mischiate il tutto con le mani.<br />
Preriscaldate il forno a 200°,  mettete le patate in una teglia capiente precedentemente oliata e infornate per 30 minuti circa (dipende dal forno).<br />
A metà cottura aggiungete i 2 cipollotti tagliati a rondelle, mischiate e continuate a cuocere finchè le patate non saranno morbide.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s been a while since I wrote the last post, those who follow me on <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.facebook.com/f4odblog/">Facebook</a> may not have noticed (I keep the page updated because it is easier to manage), but unfortunately I cannot write without inspiration and my creativity suffers , finally I have decided to dedicated my time searching for new recipes that could stimulate me again.<br />
<strong>I came across several recipes with potatoes that have intrigued me and as usual, among the thousands of variations found on the internet, I decided to make my own version.</strong><br />
So here are these delicious spicy sweet potatoes, very easy to prepare, that you can serve to your friends during an aperitif or you can enjoy them as a snack in front of the tv or you could eat it while you listening to this beautiful song by <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iiKYgHYb2o" target="_blank">Edward Sharp &amp; the Magnetic Zero</a>.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong>:<br />
• 2 sweet potatoes<br />
• 2 fresh green onions<br />
• ½ teaspoon of sweet paprika<br />
• ½ teaspoon of turmeric<br />
• ½ teaspoon of nutmeg<br />
• Smoked sea salt (to taste)<br />
• Cumin (to taste)<br />
• oregano (to taste)<br />
• Rosemary (to taste)<br />
• marjoram (to taste)<br />
• sage (to taste)<br />
• laurel (to taste)<br />
• ground pepper mix (to taste)<br />
• extra virgin olive oil (to taste)</p>
<p><strong>Preparation</strong>:<br />
Wash the potatoes and cut into slices with all the skin.<br />
Put them in a large bowl and pour over all the spices and aromas.<br />
Add the salt, oil, pepper and mix everything by hand.<br />
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the potatoes in a large pan previously oiled and bake for about 30 minutes (depending on the oven).<br />
Halfway through cooking, add the 2 onions cutted into slices, mix and cook until the potatoes are soft.</p>
