<p>INGREDIENTI<br />Pasta tipo Maritati<br />melanzane tagliate a cubetti e fritte in olio evo e aglio in camicia<br />robiola <br />grana grattugiato</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />Fritte le melanzane,eliminare l&#8217;aglio e l&#8217;olio in eccesso,unire la robiola e il grana <br />Cuocere la pasta al dente,scolare,grondante di acqua e versarla in padella a mantecare<br />il tutto!<br />Servire con ancora formaggio grattugiato!!</p>

<p>1 pollo intero aperto a meta&#8217;<br />aromi x carni bianche<br />senza alcun olio<br />mezzo bicchiere vino bianco<br />PROCEDIMENTO<br />Lavato ,eviscerato e aperto a libri ,spolverare con gli aromi e adagiarlo dal lato della pelle<br />in una casseruola fatta riscaldare a fiamma forte(senza alcun condimento),..poi bagnare<br />con il vino,evaporato il quale coprire con coperchio (io MagicCooker)<br />e lasciare andare,scuotendo e rigirando di continuo sempre con coperchio<br />&nbsp;&#8230;.x circa 20&#8242;/25&#8242; poi scoprire e lasciar andare ancora pochi minuti a fiamma viva!!</p>

<p>INGREDIENTI x 5<br />600g.casarecce 100% grano italiano,trafilata in bronzo..<a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.casaprencipe.it/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&amp;view=productdetails&amp;virtuemart_product_id=1217&amp;virtuemart_category_id=13&amp;Itemid=266">Csa Prencipe</a><br />barattolo piselli(eliminare acqua di conservazione )<br />carote , sedano,cipolla &nbsp;tritati<br />300g.macinato maiale<br />100g.prosciutto crudo a fette(triturato<br />1 cipolla bionda piccola<br />1 bottiglia passata di pomodoro<br />olio evo q.b<br />sale e pepe qb<br />formaggio parmigiano grattugiato</p>
<div>PROCEDIMENTO</div>
<p>In una casseruola,olio e trito ad imbiondire,aggiungere il prosciutto , il macinato,rosolare bene<br />e unire la passata ed i piselli,salare , pepare e proseguire la cottura.<br />Con il sugo ottenuto condire la pasta,non dimenticando di aggiungere del formaggio grattugiato!!</p>
