Compleanni&quot;Ma’ però la nonna mi ha detto che sono bravo ad andare a scuola il giorno del mio compleanno. Una ricetta ligure che proprio non conoscevo, o meglio fatta tante volte in famiglia ma che ho rimosso perché i carciofi ho iniziato ad apprezzarli in età adulta. Da ragazzina proprio non mi garbavano, ecco perché questa ricetta l’avevo completamente dimenticata. Quest’anno invece l’ho proposta come “new entry” nel menù&#8230;</p>
