<div><span>Tagliate le sfoglie leggermente più grande dello stampino,</span></div>

<div><span>Per sigillare i ravioli spennellate i bordi con l&#8217;albume leggermente sbattuto.</span></div>

<div><span>Chiudete i ravioli e disponeteli su un vassoio leggermente infarinato.</span></div>

<div><span>Portate a ebollizione una pentola capiente piena d&#8217;acqua (4-5 litri ogni 500g di pasta).</span></div>
