<p>X la FARCIA<br />250g.mascarpone<br />100 g.zucchero a velo integrale<br />200gpanna&nbsp;<br />100g.chicchi di cioccolata fondente<br />45g.di gelatina in polvere</p>
<p>X la crema di CAKI<br />5 caki&nbsp; grandi (maturi maturi<br />1 cucchiaio zucchero a velo integrale<br />200g.di panna montata<br />45 g.gelatina in polvere<br />N:B&#8230;&#8230;.NON ho messo molto&nbsp; zucchero perche&#8217; i caki sono&nbsp; gia&#8217;molto dolci</p>
<p>X GUARNIRE<br />fette di Caki sodi<br />panna montata</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />Dopo aver macerato i biscotti ,mescolarli con il burro fuso e stendere il tutto&nbsp; in teglia ,conservare<br />in frigo x circa 30&#8242;&#8230;intanto montare ,separatamente , mascarpone e zucchero a velo..<br />poi la sola panna&nbsp; con gelatina ed unirle insieme&nbsp; con i chicchi di cioccolata.<br />Riprendere dal frigo la base biscotto e coprirla con la crema al mascarpone,rimettere in frigo e<br />preparare la crema di Caki&#8230;<br />Frullare i caki con lo zucchero,setacciarli e unirli alla panna montata con la gelatina<br />riprendere la base dal frigo e versarvi la crema,pareggiare e decorare con le fette di caki e la panna<br />rimettere in frigo e aspettare che si addensi.</p>
