<div>Ingredienti: (per 4 persone) 2 cespi di radicchio, 100 g di Blue Stilton (o altro formaggio erborinato), 8 noci, 3 cipollotti, sale, pepe, olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva.</div>
<div>Tagliate i radicchi a metà e salate leggermente all&#8217;interno. Non esagerate perchè il formaggio è abbastanza sapido.</div>
