<li>1 arancia</li>

<li>Lavate mirtilli e l&#8217;arancia.</li>
<li>In una pentola capiente mettete zucchero e acqua e portate ad ebollizione.</li>
<li>Aggiungete i mirtilli, il succo e la buccia di arancia, mescolate bene.</li>
<li>Lasciate raffreddare e servite.</li>
</ol>

<p><span>Ho deciso che a fine mese comincerò a preparare i biscotti di pan di zenzero e gli omini sempre speziati..</span><br /><span>Magari gli omini li posso preparare anche prima e poi regalarli in primis ai miei nipotini e poi ai figli dei miei amici.</span><br /><span>Ho tirato fuori dalle scatole gli stampi in silicone grandi&#8230; tanto per averle sott&#8217;occhio,,</span><br /><span>Per i tagliabiscotti aspetterò&nbsp;ancora qualche giorno.</span><br /><span>Natale è vicino e occorre non rimandare la preparazione specialmente dei biscotti che poi dovranno essere decorarti.</span><br /><span>Per quello ci vuole molto tempo anche perché devono asciugare per bene.</span><br /><span>Oggi propongo questa torta magica black ( ho quasi fatto fuori il chilo di cacao amaro che mi hanno regalato qualche tempo fa).</span><br /><span>Ero molto scettica circa il risultato ma poi quando ho tagliati i quadrotti la &#8221; magia&#8221; è apparsa: infatti i tre strati sono ben visibili.</span><br /><span>Ho preparato in passato anche la torta magica bianca ma non l&#8217;ho fatta raffreddare in frigo abbastanza e &nbsp;quando l&#8217;ho &nbsp;trasferita &nbsp;sul tagliere per porzionarla si è divisa a metà più o meno..</span><br /><span>Questa volta mi sono fatta furba!!</span><br /><span>Il segreto della riuscita consiste nell&#8217;eseguire la preparazione nelle modalità indicate più sotto.</span></p>

<p><span>Tempo di preparazione: circa 20&#8242;</span><br /><span>Costo: Basso</span><br /><span>Difficoltà:*</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b><i>INGREDIENTI PER UNO STAMPO QUADRATO DI 20 CM DI LATO</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i><br /></i></b></span><span><b><i>500 ML LATTE</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>150 GR DI ZUCCHERO SEMOLATO</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>125 GR DI BURRO</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>45 GR DI CACAO AMARO</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>75 GR DI FARINA 00</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>4 UOVA</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>VANIGLIA ( 4 GOCCE ESTRATTO )</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>1 CUCCHIAIO DI ACQUA FREDDA</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>1 CUCCHIAINO &nbsp;DI &nbsp;SUCCO DI LIMONE</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i><br /></i></b></span><span>Per prima cosa foderare lo stampo con carta da forno opportunamente sagomata.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>Uova e latte devono essere a temperatura ambiente.</b></span><br /><span>Fondere il burro al microonde.&nbsp;</span><br /><span>Quando lo useremo dovrà essere appena tiepido.</span><br /><span>Separare i tuorli dagli albumi e montare questi ultimi a neve fermissima con l&#8217;aggiunta del succo di limone.</span><br /><span>Non si smonteranno durante la preparazione dell&#8217;impasto.</span><br /><span>Ora in una scodella porre i tuorli, lo zucchero e le gocce di vaniglia e montare il tutto &nbsp;per 2&#8242;/3&#8242;.</span><br /><span>Unire il cucchiaio di acqua fredda.</span><br /><span>Unire ora il burro fuso ormai tiepido.</span><br /><span>Ora, e ci siamo quasi, aggiungere la farina setacciata con il cacao.</span><br /><span>Mescolare sempre con cura perché non si devono presentare grumi.</span><br /><span>Unire &nbsp;il latte che deve essere appena tiepido ( magari porre il pentolino sul termosifone all&#8217;inizio della preparazione &nbsp;o un istante nel microonde).</span><br /><span>Per ultimi aggiungere gli albumi montati a neve usando una spatola con movimenti dall&#8217;alto verso il basso.</span><br /><span>Versare il tutto nello stampo che abbiamo foderato con cura con carta da forno e porlo in forno statico&nbsp; preriscaldato a 150 ° per circa 80&#8242;.</span><br /><span>Fare la prova dello stuzzicadenti.</span><br /><span>Passato questo tempo estrarre la torta dal forno e farla raffreddare prima di porla in frigo per 2 ore minimo.</span><br /><span>Solo così si potrà compattare per bene e sarà possibile tagliarla a quadrotti.</span><br /><span>Spolverizzare con zucchero a velo solo prima di servirla.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b><i><br /></i></b></span>

<p>Il nostro sesto libro!<br />Siamo lieti di informarvi che esce oggi in prima &#8220;mondiale&#8221; con i quotidiani Il Resto del Carlino e La Nazione!<br />Tutti voi che non possono correre in edicola potranno prenotarlo sui siti di Feltrinelli, Amazon, e in tutte le librerie italiane&#8230;. lo troverete in vendita però non prima del 15 giugno!!!</p>
<p>La struttura e&#8217; quella solita: una prima parte di teoria, con tecniche, ingredienti, attrezzature e spiegazioni varie, poi ricette vere e proprie!<br />Ci saranno crepes ma anche pancakes, waffles, blinis e cialde, di tutti i tipi.<br />Ci sarà anche un Giro del Mondo in 45 Crepes (e vi prego di prendere alla lettera il Giro del Mondo perche&#8217; i 5 continenti ci sono tutti) e &nbsp;poi la parte della Dispensa, con burri &#8220;vecchi&#8221; e nuovi, pralinati, creme, sciroppi, curd e chi più ne ha più ne metta di tutte le infinite possibilità&#8217; di farcire queste preparazioni.<br />E infine la parte più amata: quella del &#8220;Facile e Veloce&#8221;, dove trovare &#8220;proposte lampo&#8221; per le vostre colazioni, pranzi o cene.</p>
<p>Naturalmente la &#8220;squadra&#8221; di lavoro è sempre quella: Alessandra Gennaro, curatrice del libro, i testi sono suoi, Mai Estive, impegnata nella grafica e nelle illustrazioni, Paolo Picciotto, il &#8220;nostro&#8221; fotografo e poi veniamo noi, la community dell&#8217;MTC, la sfida più pazza e divertente del web, dove tutti imparano e tutti insegnano, dove le ricette più creative e particolari prendono forma.<br />Sono proprio queste ricette che sono state raccolte nel libro, i nostri contributi, e come sempre le ricette supereranno il centinaio, tutte collaudatissime, &nbsp;e &#8230;.. NON DOVETE PERDERVELO!!!!</p>
<p>Ma avete visto che copertina? Non è favolosa? Sarà che amo il nero come colore più di ogni altro, questa copertina mi ha colpito al cuore!</p>
<p>Ma perché questo titolo?<br />Perché le crêpe in cucina sono l’equivalente del nero nella moda, facile da portare, capace di farsi plasmare dagli accessori (sempre coloratissimi): sono facili da preparare, sanno adattarsi alle varie farciture, senza mai perdere la loro identità!</p>

<p>A quick and tasty dish, always welcome<br /><b><br /></b><b>Ingredients for 4 people</b><br />4 cod steaks<br />400 grams of tomato sauce prepared before<br />16 pitted black olives<br />1 tablespoon harissa sauce<br />1 shallot<br />half a glass of white wine<br />Origan<br />extra virgin olive oil<br />salt</p>
<p><b>Method</b><br />In a pan, make a fried with oil and shallots, cut into slices. Then add the cod and pour in the white wine. Then add the tomato sauce, harissa olives and cook for about 15/20 minutes. When the fish is perfectly cooked add the oregano, cook and serve immediately hot.</p>

<p><b>Procedimento</b><br />In una padella antiaderente, fate un soffritto con olio e scalogno tagliato a fettine. Unite quindi il merluzzo e sfumate con il vino bianco. Aggiungete quindi il sugo di pomodoro, l&#8217;harissa le olive e cuocete per circa 15 / 20 minuti. Quando il pesce sarà perfettamente cotto unite l&#8217;origano, fate insaporire e servite subito caldo</p>

<p><b>Ingredients for 4 people</b><br />4 dozens of pre-cooked snails<br />2 previously blanched leek Cervere<br />16 large black olives and pitted<br />1 shallot<br />half a glass of white wine<br />20 grams of butter<br />parsley<br />extra virgin olive oil<br />salt, black pepper</p>
<p><b>Method</b><br />In a mortar put black olives. Mash coarsely then set them aside.</p>
<p>In a pan, make a fried with oil, butter and shallots. Sauté the snails, then pour in the white wine and let evaporate all the alcohol. Cook for about 15 minutes (however you read what the manufacturer of pre cooked snails suggests), then add the black olives, leeks and cook for another 5 minutes.</p>
<p>A obtained cooking served with chopped parsley by hand.</p>

<div><span>In un mortaio mettete le olive nere. Schiacciatele grossolanamente quindi tenetele da parte.</span></div>

<div><span>In una padella, fate un soffritto con olio, burro e scalogno. Fate rosolare le lumache, quindi sfumate con il vino bianco e fate evaporare tutto l&#8217;alcool. Cuocete per circa 15 minuti (leggete comunque quello che il produttore delle lumache pre cotte suggerisce), poi aggiungete le olive nere, i porri e continuate a cuocere per altri 5 minuti.</span></div>

Fragrant, flavorful, absolutely delicious.<br /><b><br /></b><b>Ingredients for 4 people</b><br />600 grams of raviole Val Varaita<br />200 grams of Gorgonzola Palzola<br />2 tablespoons cream<br />1 leek Cervere<br />1 black truffle<br />sage<br />salt, black pepper<br /><b><br /></b><b>Method</b><br />Clean and wash the leeks, drain it well then boil it in a pot for about 15 minutes.</p>
<p>In a saucepan, melt in a double boiler gorgonzola. Add the cream and beating with the whisk, make a smooth paste.</p>
<p>Chop the leek finely and add to the cream with a few sage leaves and grated truffle.</p>
<p>In a pot of boiling water, cook the ravioli. When they are ready, place them in a bowl and mix with the cream with gorgonzola and leek. Serve hot with a few slices of truffle.</p>

Profumato, saporito, assolutamente delizioso.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone</b></span><br /><span>600 grammi di raviole della Val Varaita</span><br /><span>200 grammi di gorgonzola Palzola</span><br /><span>2 cucchiai di panna da cucina</span><br /><span>1 porro Cervere</span><br /><span>1 tartufo nero</span><br /><span>salvia</span><br /><span>sale, pepe nero</span><br /><span><b><br /></b></span><span><b>Procedimento</b></span><br /><span>Pulite e lavate il porro, sgocciolatelo bene quindi fatelo bollire in pentola per circa 15 minuti.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>In un pentolino, fate fondere a bagnomaria il gorgonzola. Unite la panna e sbattendo con la frusta, fate una crema omogenea.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Tritate il porro finemente e aggiungetelo alla crema con qualche foglia di salvia e il tartufo grattugiato.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>In una pentola di acqua bollente, fate cuocere le raviole. Quando saranno pronte, mettetele in una ciotola e mescolatele con la crema al gorgonzola e porri. Servite caldo con qualche fetta di tartufo.</span></p>

<p>Let us start with the recipes with tasty leek Cervere.<br /><b><br /></b><b>Ingredients for 4 people</b><br />4 leeks Cervere<br />4 yolks of organic eggs<br />1 glass of low-fat milk<br />200 grams of ham with herbs<br />200 grams of cheese raschera<br />2 blacks truffles<br />1 teaspoon dried chervil<br />4 tablespoons of sauce<br />4 tablespoons breadcrumbs<br />4 tablespoons grated cheese Valgrana (alternatively grana padano)<br />butter</p>
<p><b>Method</b><br />Trim the leeks from the top green, wash, drain and boil in a pot of boiling water for about 15 minutes. When they are ready, drain, let cool, then cut to the length.</p>
<p>Beat the egg yolks with the milk until mixture is smooth</p>
<p>Grease a baking dish large enough oven and place on half of the leeks.</p>
<p>Then you put on top of them the raschera cheese and ham, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs. Finish by covering with the remaining leeks and poured over the mixture of egg yolks and milk. Finish by covering everything with the advanced breadcrumbs, grated Valgrana, chervil, grated truffle and the butter flakes.</p>
<p>Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. After the time, gratin for another 5 minutes.</p>
<p>Serve hot.</p>

<p><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a><span><br /></span><br /><span>Cominciamo con le ricette con il gustosissimo porro Cervere.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone</b></span><br /><span>4 porri Cervere</span><br /><span>4 tuorli di uova biologiche</span><br /><span>1 bicchiere di latte parzialmente scremato</span><br /><span>200 grammi di prosciutto alle erbe</span><br /><span>200 grammi di formaggio raschera</span><br /><span>2 tartufi neri</span><br /><span>1 cucchiaino di cerfoglio essiccato</span><br /><span>4 cucchiai di besciamella</span><br /><span>4 cucchiai di pangrattato</span><br /><span>4 cucchiai di formaggio Valgrana grattugiato (in alternativa grana padano)</span><br /><span>burro</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>Procedimento</b></span><br /><span>Mondate i porri dalla parte verde superiore, lavateli, sgocciolateli e fateli bollire in una pentola di acqua bollente per circa 15 minuti. Quando saranno pronti, sgocciolateli, fateli raffreddare, poi tagliateli per il senso della lunghezza.&nbsp;</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Sbattete i tuorli con il latte fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Imburrate una pirofila da forno sufficientemente grande e disponete sopra metà dei porri.&nbsp;</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Mettete quindi sopra di essi il formaggio raschera e il prosciutto cotto, 2 cucchiai di pangrattato. Finite coprendo con il restante dei porri e colate sopra il composto di tuorli e latte. Terminate coprendo il tutto con il pangrattato avanzato, il Valgrana grattugiato, il cerfoglio, &nbsp;il tartufo grattugiato e i fiocchi di burro.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Infornate a 200 gradi per 25 minuti. Trascorso il tempo, gratinate per altri 5 minuti.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Servite caldo.</span></p>

<p>Prepare the roux for the bechamel. When it is ready, add the milk, the grated truffle and cook until you obtain a consistent sauce.</p>

<p><b>Procedimento</b><br />Preparate la pasta per i cannelloni mettendo all&#8217;interno dell&#8217;impastatrice gli ingredienti necessari ad eccezione del sale e dell&#8217;olio. Impastate lentamente per 5 minuti quindi unite anche olio e sale. Ottenuto un impasto elastico e omogeneo, avvolgetelo nella pellicola da cucina, quindi fatelo riposare in frigorifero per circa mezz&#8217;ora.</p>
<p>Preparate la roux per la besciamella. Quando sarà pronta, unite il latte, il tartufo grattugiato e cuocete fino a ottenere una salsa consistente.</p>
<p>Tirate l&#8217;impasto con un mattarello. Tagliatelo quindi a rettangoli non molto lunghi e larghi, quindi mettete all&#8217;interno alcune fettine di testun, la mortadella e per finire un cucchiaio di besciamella per ogni cannellone. Arrotolateli e metteteli all&#8217;interno di una pirofila da forno imburrata. Cospargete sulla superficie un poco di besciamella, dei riccioli di burro e del pangrattato.<br />Cuocete in forno caldo a 220 gradi per circa 20 /25 minuti. Quando saranno pronti servite caldo con qualche scaglia di tartufo nero.</p>

Dei gustosissimi fichi più che biologici visto che li ho nel mio giardino e non gli do nessun tipo di trattamento neanche quello naturale, abbinato al cioccolato di Modica e una profumata salsa di rose. <p><b>Ingredients for 4 people</b><br />400 grams of pasta troccoli<br />20 cherry tomatoes<br />1 anchovy in oil<br />1 onion<br />1 garlic<br />2 yellow peppers<br />2 zucchini<br />basil<br />extra virgin olive oil<br />salt</p>
<p><b>Method</b><br />Cook the zucchini lightly.</p>
<p>Roast the peppers under the grill. When they are ready, remove the skin and grease them garlic. then cut into squares not very large</p>
<p>In a pan, make a fried with oil and shallots. Add the anchovies and continue to saute until the anchovy same is dissolved. Then add the tomatoes cut in half and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Also add the zucchini cut into rounds with a half glass of water and continue to cook until optimal cooking.</p>
<p>Finally add the olives, then jump turn off the heat and cover.</p>
<p>In a pot of hot water, cook the Troccoli. Sauté in a pan with the sauce, add some basil leaves and serve hot.</p>

Quand ils sont prêts, enlever la peau et les graisser l&#8217;ail. puis couper en carrés pas très grandes</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Dans une casserole, faire un frit avec de l&#8217;huile et les échalotes. Ajouter les anchois et continuer à faire revenir jusqu&#8217;à ce que l&#8217;anchois même est dissous. Ensuite, ajoutez les tomates coupées en deux et cuire à feu doux pendant environ 10 minutes. Également ajouter les courgettes coupées en rondelles avec un demi-verre d&#8217;eau et continuer à cuire jusqu&#8217;à ce que la cuisson optimale.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Enfin, ajoutez les olives, puis sauter éteindre le feu et couvrir.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Dans une casserole d&#8217;eau chaude, faire cuire les Troccoli. Sauté dans une casserole avec la sauce, ajouter quelques feuilles de basilic et servir chaud.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><br /></span>Che bontà questa pasta con un formato particolare e le verdure freschissime del mio orto (a parte le olive nere naturalmente!:-).</p>
<p><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone</b><br />400 grammi di pasta troccoli<br />20 &nbsp;pomodori ciliegini<br />1 acciuga sotto olio<br />1 cipolla<br />1 aglio<br />2 peperoni gialli<br />2 zucchine<br />basilico<br />olio extravergine di oliva<br />sale<br /><b><br /></b><b>Procedimento</b><br />Lessate le zucchine leggermente.</p>
<p>Arrostite i peperoni sotto il grill del forno. Quando saranno pronti, togliete la pelle e ungeteli di aglio. Tagliateli quindi a quadrati non molto grandi</p>
<p>In una padella, fate un soffritto con olio e scalogno. Aggiungete l&#8217;acciuga e continuate a soffriggere fino a quando l&#8217;acciuga stessa non si sarà sciolta. Unite quindi i pomodori tagliati a meta e cuocete a fuoco basso per circa 10 minuti. Aggiungete anche le zucchine tagliate a rondelle con un mezzo bicchiere di acqua e continuate a cuocere fino a cottura ottimale.</p>
<p>Per finire unite le olive, saltate poi spegnete il fuoco e coprite.</p>
<p>In una pentola di acqua calda, cuocete i troccoli. Fateli saltare in padella con il condimento, aggiungete qualche foglia di basilico poi servite caldo.</p>

<p><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone:</b><br />1 faraona già pulita e sezionata<br />mezzo litro di birra scura<br />1 scalogno<br />6 rametti di timo limone<br />2 rametti di rosmarino<br />6 foglie di menta<br />mezza radice di zenzero fresco<br />2 bacche di ginepro<br /><b><br /></b><b>Per la salsa ai mirtilli:</b><br />200 grammi di mirtilli<br />mezzo bicchiere di acqua<br />1 cucchiaino di semi di anice essiccati<br />sale, pepe</p>
<p><b>Procedimento</b><br />In un frullatore, mettete i mirtilli ben lavati, il mezzo bicchiere di acqua i semi di anice sale e pepe- Frullate bene il tutto quindi fate riposare in frigo.</p>
<p>In un contenitore abbastanza capiente, mettete all&#8217;interno i pezzi di faraona ben lavati e asciugati. Unite gli aromi, lo zenzero grattugiato, le bacche di ginepro e il mezzo litro di birra. Chiudete con il coperchio e fate marinare per almeno 4 ore.</p>
<p>Trascorso il tempo di marinatura, prendete una pentola che vada bene anche per il forno. Fate un soffritto con olio e scalogno. rosolate bene la faraona, quindi unite metà liquido della marinatura e cuocete in forno a 180 gradi per circa 60 / 70 minuti. A cottura ottenuta, servite caldo con la salsa di mirtilli</p>
