<li><span>50g farina di mandorle</span></li>

<p><span>PROCEDIMENTO</span></p>
<p><span>Farine a fontana,al centro burro a pezzetti ,zucchero , uova,pizzico di sale e limone grattugiato,impastare velocemente tutti gli ingredienti ,formare una palla e lasciare riposare per 30&#8242;.Riprendere l&#8217;impasto e stenderlo in un rettangolo, farcire con fiordifrutta e arrotolalo dal lato piu stretto,mettere in teglia ed infornare a 180° x cca 25&#8242;. Una volta raffreddato il rotolo ,spolverizzare con zucchero a velo e tagliarlo a fette spesse per poterlo poi servire!!</span></p>
