<p><span>Per prima cosa preparate il soffritto tritato finemente e trasferitelo</span></p>
<p><span>in una pentola capiente con l&#8217;olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva.</span></p>
<p><span>Accendete il fuoco e a fiamma medio basso e lasciate soffriggere per alcuni secondi.</span></p>
<p><span>Unite il riso e fatelo tostare per qualche minuto.</span></p>
<p><span>Sfumate con il vino bianco e lasciatelo evaporare.</span></p>
<p><span>bagnate il riso con due-tre mestoli di brodo vegetale ben caldo.</span></p>
<p><span>Mescolate con cura e cuocere per il tempo indicato sulla confezione.</span></p>
<p><span>Durante la cottura, se necessario, aggiungete del brodo.</span></p>

<div>In una ciotola capiente unite la farina setacciata,</div>
<div>il lievito di birra disidratato,</div>
<div>lo zucchero, l&#8217;olio e pian piano l&#8217;acqua;</div>
<div>amalgamate energicamente con un mestolo.</div>
<div>Ora rovesciate l&#8217;impasto sul piano di lavoro infarinato,</div>
<div>a questo punto aggiungere il sale,</div>
<div>lavoriamo ancora l&#8217;impasto fino a formare una palla liscia ed elastica.</div>
<div>Lasciate lievitare la massa in una larga bacinella infarinata,</div>
<div>coperto con un panno.</div>
<div>Fate riposare fino al raddoppio del volume e rimaneggiare l&#8217;impasto</div>
<div>solo per formare le palline monoporzione,</div>
<div>che verranno poi fatte lievitare per 1 ora al coperto.</div>

<div>Ungere con un cucchiaio d&#8217;olio una teglia rotonda,</div>
<div>stendere l&#8217;impasto partendo dal centro fino a formare un bel cornicione alto.</div>
<div>Iniziamo ad aggiungere i 4 formaggi, (mozzarella a julienne, parmigiano grattugiato,</div>
<div>crescenza e gorgonzola piccante)</div>
<div>I funghi pioppini precedentemente scottati in padella&nbsp;</div>
<div>Io ho cotto le mie pizze nel forno a legna a 350°C per circa 10 minuti fino a doratura.</div>
<div>Invece nel forno classico casalingo la cottura può protrarsi anche oltre 20 minuti,</div>
<div>naturalmente influenzando la lievitazione della pizza stessa.</div>

<div>Una volta sfornato le pizze completiamo con un bel giro</div>
