<div><span>Frullate i pomodori pelati con un pizzico di sale e pepe e teneteli da parte. Stendete la pasta e versate al centro poco pomodoro stendendolo con il dorso del cucchiaio su tutta la superficie della pizza lasciando 1 cm dal bordo. Sciacquate i capperi in modo da eliminare il sale in eccesso.&nbsp;</span><span>Condite con poco olio prevalentemente il bordo delle pizze e cospargete</span><span>&nbsp;con il cubettato di mozzarella, i capperi dissalati e i filetti di acciuga spezzettati con le dita. Cuocete le pizze in forno a 200°C per circa 25 minuti, sfornate e servite le pizze ben calde.</span></div>
