<p><span><i>Siamo entrati nell&#8217;autunno, stagione che amo follemente, che mi fa immaginare paesaggi colorati, temperature fresche, le prime felpe da indossare ma&#8230;.a Palermo sono solo sogni! I condizionatori ancora accesi a &#8220;/redirect.php?URL=manetta&#8221;, i sandali e paesaggi tropicali.</i></span></p>
<p><span><i>&nbsp;Ma la voglia di riaccendere il forno e sentire il profumo dei biscotti appena sfornati, è piu&#8217; forte della realtà e quindi ho voluto sperimentare&nbsp; una ricetta un pò diversa che ho modificato, secondo le mie esperienze .&nbsp;</i></span></p>
<p><span><i>Il risultato è un impasto morbidissimo, qualcosa a metà tra il savoiardo e il frollino, profumatissimo con semi di anice e (poco) liquore all&#8217;anice,&nbsp; che rimangono estremamente friabili al morso.&nbsp;</i></span></p>
<p><span><i>Insomma&#8230;. BUONISSIMI&nbsp; e che si conservano a lungo.</i></span></p>
<p><span><i>Ve li consiglio perchè sono corroboranti e golosi, un vero comfort food per andare incontro all&#8217;autunno!</i></span></p>

<p><span>4 uova</span></p>
<p><span>550 gr di<br />
farina</span></p>
<p><span>230 gr di<br />
zucchero</span></p>
<p><span>80&nbsp;gr di<br />
strutto</span></p>
<p><span>1 bustina di<br />
lievito</span></p>
<p><span>1 tazzina da<br />
caffè di liquore di anice</span></p>
<p><span>10 gr di semi<br />
di anice</span></p>
<p><span><br /></span></p>
<p><span><b>Procedimento:</b></span></p>
<p><span>- in una ciotola o nella planetaria, mettere tutti gli ingredienti e impastare sino ad ottenere un impasto liscio e omogeneo</span></p>
<p><span>- avvolgere l&#8217;impasto nella pellicola e tenere in frigo per mezz&#8217;ora</span></p>
<p><span>- riprendere l&#8217;impasto e aiutandosi con poca farina formare due filoni un pò schiacciati</span></p>
<p><span>- mettere i filoni in una teglia con carta forno&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span>- cuocere in forno caldo a 180° per 30 minuti</span></p>
<p><span>- sfornare e lasciare raffreddare completamente</span></p>
<p><span>- affettare e ricavare dei biscotti</span></p>
<p><span>- si possono gustare così friabili oppure renderli piu croccanti , rimettendo i biscotti in forno a 120° per 15 minuti</span></p>
<p><span>- si conservano a lungo in sacchetti frigo ben chiusi</span></p>
