<li>2 uova grandi a temperatura ambiente</li>
<li><span>90 gr. di zucchero</span></li>
<li>70 gr. di olio di semi di mais</li>
<li>1 vasetto di yogurt, io ho usato quello alla stracciatella, puoi usare quello che preferisci tu</li>
<li>1 bustina di vanillina</li>
<li>1/2 bustina di lievito per dolci</li>
<li>q.b. zucchero a velo<span><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a></span></li>

<div><b>PROCEDIMENTO:</b></div>
<div><span>Accendi il forno statico a 180°.</span></div>
<div><span>Inizia preparando le formine che andranno in forno per la cottura.</span></div>
<div><span>Aiutandoti con le dita o un pennello da cucina, ungi le formine con olio e poi infarinale sul fondo e sui lati. Togli la farina in eccesso.</span></div>

<div><span>Ora prepariamo l&#8217;impasto per i muffin&#8230;</span></div>
<div><span>In un contenitore inserisci le uova e lo zucchero.</span></div>
<div><span>Sbatti con una frusta.</span></div>
<div><span>Aggiungi l&#8217;olio, lo yogurt e amalgama bene.</span></div>
<div>Inserisci poi la vanillina, la farina e amalgama.</div>
<div>Per ultimo versa il lievito e amalgama bene.</div>

<div><b>PROCEDIMENTO IN PENTOLA A PRESSIONE (PaP):</b></div>

<div>Togli la buccia e taglia la cipolla.&nbsp;<span>Mettila nella pentola a pressione(PaP) e aggiungi l&#8217;olio sul fondo.</span></div>
<div>Fai scaldare senza far dorare l&#8217;aglio, aggiungi la carne e rosola per bene in ogni lato.</div>

<div>Io ho lasciato cuocere per una quarantina di minuti, in modo da avere una carne mooooolto morbida!</div>
</div>
<div><span>Mentre la carne cuoce, prepara le patate&#8230;. sbucciale, lavale e tagliale a pezzi.</span></div>
<div>Trascorso il tempo di cottura spegni il fuoco, fai sfiatare la pentola, aprila e aggiungi le patate.</div>
<div>Richiudi e riporta in pressione, cuoci per altri 7 minuti circa.</div>
<div>Al termine, spegni&nbsp;<span>il fuoco, fai sfiatare la pentola e aprila. Aggiungi eventualmente del sale se occorre.<span><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a></span></span></div>
<div><b>PROCEDIMENTO IN PENTOLA:</b></div>
<div>Segui le indicazioni per la preparazione in pentola a pressione, le sole differenze sono il tempo di cottura e l&#8217;acqua. Il tempo di cottura sarà certamente superiore a quello della PaP, anche l&#8217;acqua andrà aggiunta in base a quanta ne evapora durante la cottura!</div>

<li>200 gr. farina integrale</li>
<li>2 uova piccole o 1 grande</li>
<li>100 gr. acqua</li>

<div>In un contenitore versa il tonno sgocciolato e schiaccia con una forchetta per ridurlo ad una purea.</div>

<div>Per la farcia procedi in questo modo. Lava e sbuccia le mele, tagliale a pezzi non troppo piccoli.</div>
<div>Mettili in una padella antiaderente con il burro, aggiungi lo zucchero di canna e un pochino d&#8217;acqua. Il fuoco dovrà essere moderato, aggiungi acqua quando vedi che le mele necessitano di ulteriore cottura e si stanno asciugando troppo.</div>

<li>Metti il boccale per almeno 30 min. in frigorifero</li>
<li>Metti la panna per 20 min. in freezer</li>
<li>Inserisci la farfalla nel boccale velocità poco meno di 3 per 60-70 sec. senza il misurino. Se dopo questo tempo non ti sembra ancora montata come piace a te, aumenta il tempo e &#8220;a vista&#8221; controlla! io l&#8217;ho lasciata anche altri 30 sec. in più!</li>
