			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In montagna, una delle finestre della cucina si apre su una pianta di sambuco che lo scorso weekend ci ha deliziati con il suo profumo.</p>
<p>I fiori erano al giusto grado di fioritura, per cui un po&#8217; sono finiti sotto alcol per fare il liquore, un po&#8217; negli zuccherini spiritosi e un po&#8217; in questi muffin (tanti sono ovviamente rimasti sulla pianta, voglio le bacche per fare la marmellata!)</p>

<p>Per i muffin ho usato:</p>
<p>1 uovo<br />250 ml latte<br />70 ml olio di semi</p>
<p>a parte ho mescolato i solidi:<br />1 pizzico di sale<br />4 cucchiai di zucchero<br />250 gr di farina<br />8 gr di lievito</p>
<p>ho unito i solidi ai liquidi, mescolato velocemente ed infine incorporato i fiori di sambuco</p>

<div>Il composto deve essere abbastanza solido, nel mio caso ho dovuto aggiungere un paio di cucchiai di farina 00, ma dipende anche dall&#8217;umidità.</div>
<div>Ottenuto un impasto lavorabile, l&#8217;ho messo in una terrina coperta con pellicola tutta la notte in frigorifero.</div>

<p>ed infornato a 220° per circa 40 minuti. Quindi l&#8217;abbiamo lasciato raffreddare su una gratella.</p>

<p>Abbiamo preparato la glassa con zucchero a velo e succo di limone</p>

<div>1 vasetto di yogurt bianco magro</div>
<div>2 uova</div>
<div>90 ml di olio di semi</div>
<div>90 gr zucchero</div>
<div>200 gr farina</div>
<div>1 cucchiaio di estratto di vaniglia</div>
<div>1 pizzico di sale</div>
<div>1 bustina di lievito</div>
<div>1 mela</div>

<div>Ho sbattuto le uova con zucchero e sale, aggiunto lo yogurt, l&#8217;olio, l&#8217;estratto di vaniglia, la farina e &#8211; con l&#8217;ultimo cucchiaio di farina &#8211; il lievito</div>

<p>ho diviso l&#8217;impasto negli stampi, imburrati e infarinati.<br />Ho tagliato la mela a fettine e ne ho inserite tre in ogni mini plumcake</p>

<p>dopo aver lasciato raffreddare la teglia, ho estratto i mini plumcake e li ho messi su una gratella a reffreddare per bene</p>

<p>sono davvero veloci e facili da preparare, perfetti per la colazione.. se non vi piacciono le mele potete inserire delle gocce di cioccolato per renderli ancor più golosi&#8230; magari domani li faccio così&#8230;</p>

<p>Ho tagliato la zucca a pezzettoni, che ho messo a lessare in poca acqua (giusto poco più che coperta); una volta cotta, l&#8217;ho frullata con il minipimer lasciando tutta l&#8217;acqua di cottura (non l&#8217;avevo salata).</p>
<p>Ho tostato il riso ed ho aggiunto la zucca frullata</p>

<p>A fine cottura, ho fatto mantecare con un paio di cucchiai di parmigiano grattugiato.</p>
<p>Nel suo piatto mia figlia ha aggiunto anche dei pezzi di zola, che dava quel tocco in più&#8230;. peccato non sia gradito a mio marito&#8230;</p>

<div>Ho foderato la teglia di carta forno, l&#8217;ho spennellata con del burro fuso e vi ho sparso sopra un po&#8217; di zucchero, vi ho messo quindi le sezioni di arancia ed ancora un po&#8217; di zucchero (evidentemente ne ho messo troppo poco perchè non ha caramellato come avrebbe dovuto&#8230; ma va bene anche così)</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>ci sono giorni nei quali proprio non mi riesce di stare con le mani in mano, devo fare qualcosa, devo &#8220;trafficare&#8221;, è un bisogno fisico&#8230; e così mi sono armata di taglierino ed ho provato ad incidere dei timbrini (il prossimo passo sarà l&#8217;acquisto di sgorbie :P )</p>
<p>Questi i risultati del mio primo esperimento, ben lungi dall&#8217;essere perfetti (ma se fossero perfetti sarebbe timbri comprati&#8230;) però &#8211; considerando proprio che sono i primi &#8211; ne sono orgogliosa</p>

<p>Ho sbattuto un uovo con 150 ml di latte e 50 ml di olio, aggiunto quindi i solidi (200 gr farina, 4 cucchiai di zucchero, un pizzico di sale, 100 gr di cioccolato al latte tagliato a pezzettini, 1 cucchiaino da the di lievito)</p>

<p>messo il composto negli stampi e sopra ciascun muffin ho aggiunto un po&#8217; di zucchero per far fare una crosticina croccante</p>

<p>E&#8217; una preparazione che ha una ottima resa: con 250 gr di bucatini, un mazzo di biete ed uno di catalogne escono alla fine 4 / 5 porzioni abbondanti (formato marito, per intenderci :P ). Buon appetito!
