<p>250 gr. di farina bio di farro<br />130 gr. di zucchero di canna<br />2 uova bio<br />70 gr. di olio di mais<br />120 g di latte di avena<br />1 bustina di lievito vanigliato<br />3 cucchiai rasi di cacao amaro in polvere</p>
<p>PREPARAZIONE&nbsp;</p></div>

<div>Con la frusta elettrica montate le uova con lo zucchero. Aggiungete sempre mescolando, l’olio di mais e il latte vegetale.</div>
<div>Togliete 3 cucchiai rasi di farina dal totale, e metteteli&nbsp; in una ciotolina a parte.</div>
<div>Aggiungete poco per volta, la farina rimasta all’impasto. È mescolate fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio ed omogeneo. Infine aggiungete il lievito.</div>
<div>Dividete l&#8221;impasto in due ciotole: in<span>&nbsp;una aggiungete i tre cucchiai di farina tenuti da parte, nell’altra il cacao in polvere.</span></div>
<div>Mescolate bene i due impasti, che cosi’ avranno la stessa consistenza, poi&nbsp; fodera una teglia per torte da 22-24 cm con carta da forno.</div>
<div>Versate i due impasti, alternando una cucchiaiata di quello bianco con una al cacao.</div>
<div>Proseguite fino ad esaurire gli impasti.</div>
<div>Infornate in forno già caldo a 170 gradi per 30 35 minuti, facendo sempre la prova stecchino prima di sfornare.</div>

<div>Innanzitutto create la base della vostra cheesecake frullando i biscotti secchi con il burro nel robot da cucina.</div>

<p>Sistemate ora il composto in una tortiera con cerniera e appiattitelo bene . Mettetelo quindi in frigo per almeno 15 minuti.</p>

<div>Nel frattempo preparate la crema frullando la ricotta con il formaggio spalmabile, lo yogurt greco, lo yogurt e lo zucchero e le uova. Sistematela sulla base, preparate quindi il succo di mirtilli nel robot frullando i mirtilli con un cucchiaio di zucchero e mettete alcune gocce sulla crema. Infine con uno stuzzicadenti formate dei disegni a ragnatela e infornate a 180 gradi per circa 30 minuti.</div>

<p>La Torta Zebrata è un dolce Facilissimo e Perfetto soprattutto per la Prima Coazione e per la Merenda Pomeridiana. Si tratta di una Torta Soffice caratterizzata dall&#8217;aspetto appunto Zebrato, è un effetto molto semplice da ottenere e non richiede nessun utensile o capacità particolare. La Torta Zebrata non è solo ottima a temperatura ambiente ma da il meglio di se anche se scaldata per qualche secondo al microonde o, come piace a me, se gustata fredda da frigo! Potete anche realizzarne una versione rettangolare, in questo modo potrete ottenere dei quadratini, oppure potete fare delle monoporzioni, tipo muffin. Si prepara in 15 minuti e cuoce in circa 40-45 minuti. <h3>INGREDIENTI PER 10 PERSONE:</h3>
<p>4 Uova</p>
<p>250gr di Zucchero</p>
<p>250gr di Latte o Alternativa Vegetale</p>
<p>200gr di Olio di Semi (io Arachide)</p>
<p>Una Bustina di Vanillina</p>
<p>Una Bustina di Lievito per Dolci</p>
<p>300gr di Farina 00</p>
<p>1 Cucchiaio di Cacao</p>
<p>1 Cucchiaio di Farina 00</p>
<h3>PROCEDIMENTO:</h3>
<p>Preriscaldare il forno a 170°C; Imburrare ed Infarinare uno stampo da circa 24 cm di diametro oppure foderarlo con della carta forno. Metterlo da parte, ci servirà più tardi.</p>
<p>All&#8217;interno di una Ciotola Capiente montare a Lungo le Uova con lo Zucchero, dovremmo ottenere un composto Alto, Biancastro e Spumoso. Aggiungere l&#8217;Olio di Semi ed il Latte quindi mescolare per qualche attimo a velocità minima, in questo modo le Uova non si Smonteranno. Aggiungere anche il Lievito per Dolci, la Vanillina e la Farina quindi mescolare sempre a velocità minima fino a che tutti gli ingredienti non stanno perfettamente amalgamati tra di loro e tutti gli eventuali grumi non saranno spariti.</p>
<p>Dividere l&#8217;impasto in due parti il più possibile uguali, aggiungere in metà composto un cucchiaio di Cacao e nell&#8217;altra metà un cucchiaio di Farina, incorporare per bene.</p>
